Helen at Hexham RMS was an absolute superstar. We were having some issues with our solicitor, as was the seller, Helen chased both sides and was able to ensure the process was a lot smoother. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always easy to get hold of. Bad experience, left out of pocket

Have had a very disappointing experience with the Morpeth branch. Attempted to purchase a property which had a covenant in place. The covenant was not as advertised, the staff telephoned me with information that turned out to be incorrect. At one point they passed the blame to their client, however they are the agent acting on their behalf so surely it should be up to them to make sure all details are correct? As there were covenants in place, both mine and the vendors solicitors were corresponding with each other but Rook Mathew Sayer, seems to interfere a lot. For example telephoning me to tell me the covenant had been lifted when in fact it had not. But this was something my solicitor told me CORRECTLY, after speaking with the vendor’s solicitors. I have been left out of pocket due to the misinformation, and at times, unprofessional service I received from Rook Matthews Sayer. I’mCurrently seeking further advice about costs incurred. As I’ve said I feel very let down by them and would advise against using their services.
