From the very beginning, Ash was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and always kept me updated throughout the process. Whenever I needed advice or reassurance, Ash was there to help and made the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful. I have dealt with different people and services over the years, but I can genuinely say that Ash is the best mortgage advisor I have ever dealt with. Neil has been our mortgage advisor for our recent house purchase and we honestly couldn’t recommend Neil enough! From start to finish, he was absolutely brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful mortgage process feel so much easier. Great service, excellent communication and help

Alistair was so helpful with our mortgage process. As first time buyers there was a lot we were unfamiliar with and he explained it all, advised and gave guidance while empowering us to make our own choices. I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.

Financial advice with Alistair

We bought our house through RMS about 9years ago with Wendy and used their financial advisor Alistair with help for our Mortgage and insurances. I cant praise them enough. Through the years Alistair has kept our remortgages and insurances up to date and the best deals he could get. This has meant we are now in a position to almost own our house and no longer require their services. Anyone wanting advice with their mortgages, life insurance etc I cant recommend Alistair at Astington RMS enough.

From the first moment we engaged with the RMS West Denton branch we had every confidence that they would provide an excellent service. What prompted our decision was the branch manager commenting that if he didn’t sell our property in three months he wasn’t doing his job! He did just that. Throughout this period the West Denton Team provided feedback on escorted viewings, offers etc and were always available to provide feedback, updates knowledge and guidance on the selling process, big shout out to Ellie Murray Office Manager. Truly exceptional service received from Jack

The only reason I am writing this review is because of Jack from the Gosforth branch. He has been incredible in helping us letting our property. While its extremely hard to get hold of others, Jack was the only person who was consistent and always available. He was polite and he truly understands how landlords should be treated since they put a lot of trust in letting agencies. He was thorough in answering our questions and finding us the right type of tenant. He made things move quickly and kept us updated every other day. He was very proactive in providing detailed tenant profile and his own assessment of a suitable candidate. This was indeed very helpful since he met them in the first place.He truly goes above and beyond his duties to make sure that our requirements were met to a high standard. While everything else seems to be money oriented, Jack clearly knows the importance of empathy. He event went on to lightly clean the property himself to set a good impression for the upcoming viewings. This is unheard of and we were completely blown away by his selfless gesture. I had no desire to write a review but it would be unfair if I didn’t make everyone aware of the hard work he puts in everyday.I wish the same level of service consistency could be maintained across the team.
