Rook Matthew’s Sayer in Gosforth couldn’t have done more for me during the sale of my parents bungalow, my parents are living in a care home and the process has been made so much easier by RMS and especially Natalie Best who went above and beyond to help me with all of the form filling and solicitors questions, I couldn’t have done this without her.

Great service, excellent communication and help

Alistair was so helpful with our mortgage process. As first time buyers there was a lot we were unfamiliar with and he explained it all, advised and gave guidance while empowering us to make our own choices. He was invaluable in advocating on our behalf in discussion with the estate agent and solicitors, and kept in regular contact with us to give and receive updates. The staff at RMS West Denton have all been amazing! I used them as a buyer and a seller and I can honestly say they are heavily invested in their customers satisfaction and have gone well above and beyond to ensure we got the best service as possible as they appreciate how important buying and selling a property is. I put up our house for sale with them and they lined up 6 viewings in the first 3 days and the house was sold in 3 days having gotten multiple offers from all the people who viewed! I also used them to buy our next property and they found our dream property for us which we are now moving into. I know house buying and selling can be a daunting and stressful experience but the staff at RMS West Denton have made the whole process hassle free and a breeze! Their professionalism and customer care are second to none and Claire, Ellie and Bruce were amazing to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone who thinks of buying or selling a property! I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.

Service miles apart from other agents

Having used a different agent for the sale of our property, we found the service offered by RMS Forest Hall to be miles apart for our purchase. We received very little communication from RMS regards our purchase and when we did, we found it to be inaccurate, outdated and unrealistic. We spent alot our of time having to chase various stakeholders to progress the purchase with little to no action from RMS. This eventually lead to the collapse of the purchase. We received no response to our communications in the lead up of pulling out of the purchase from RMS.

Hi my name is Darren and I came across Alistair Bowman as recommended though a family member we used him as our mortgage broker though the whole process of buying our first house Alistair was so professional and made us feel comfortable from the offset and explained every stage of the process with us all way to after completion!
