From the very beginning, Ash was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and always kept me updated throughout the process. Whenever I needed advice or reassurance, Ash was there to help and made the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful. Neil has been our mortgage advisor for our recent house purchase and we honestly couldn’t recommend Neil enough! Great service, excellent communication and help

Alistair was so helpful with our mortgage process. As first time buyers there was a lot we were unfamiliar with and he explained it all, advised and gave guidance while empowering us to make our own choices. A great big thanks to Leah and James at RMS Hexham who went above and beyond with patience and professionalism to make purchasing my little cottage a smooth process. Solicitors were another story, but at every stage RMS were available to advise and assist as appropriate to facilitate the process even when everyone else involved was getting frustrated with waiting for solicitor reports, the staff at RMS were on hand with incredible customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell with them and wasn’t surprised when I went to their office and saw the awards on their window display. Well deserved!

I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.
