Once we had asked RMS to sell the flat for us, they quickly put it on the market and had information/pictures on the internet. We received regular updates, including their assessment of the buying potential for each enquirer, and in a matter of a few weeks (bearing in mind COVID was still an issue) we had an acceptable offer. There was a delay with the sale going through caused by the purchaser's arrangements but we were kept informed and RMS were pro-active in pushing the sale along.

Dealt with Wendy mainly at the Ashington Branch, to be honest if it hadn't of been for her and the sellers agent we would have never achieved a sale and purchase as the solicitors (Gilson gray) were terrible. We were never told by Gilson Gray we could move in and even up to today we have not been told that although they were mega quick with the bill! We were however told we could by the estate agents as they advised us they had received the money. Both estate agents have been brilliant. I would highly recommend Rook Matthews Sayer in Ashington 100% The whole team are excellent.
