Alistair at the Ashington branch was amazing throughout our first mortgage experience. He was always available whenever we needed to question something or needed some advice. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage advice. He always tried his best to put us at ease and make the whole process stress free as possible. Even though we never completed on the property we wanted to this was no fault of the agent. We were always made to feel valued and not just treated as a number. Stephanie in particular was really friendly and helpful throughout the process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

In fact, throughout the process, we had more frequent and meaningful communication with RMS than with our solicitor ( thank you Suzanne, and all the team!). Would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleMy wife and I decided to sell our house in early 2022. We met with several Estate Agents but decided to use RMS in Whitley Bay after meeting Alison and being assured of the service they would provide to us. I can say now she did not overstate the level of service they would provide or the competent way they would advertise and handle all enquires for our house. We found a buyer after one week on the market, we actually had 6 offers in during the first weekend's viewing and nearly 20 actual viewings. Alison and the girls, especially Jan kept us fully informed of progress. Unfortunately our potential buyer dropped out due to personal reasons when we were quite a way down the process. I think the RMS staff were almost as upset as we were. The stress of the fall through of the sale badly affected my wife and I so we took our house of the market. We decided to try again early this year, although the market was radically different to the one in 2022. We had no hesitation in putting it up again with Alison and the team About 5 weeks ago we completed the sale of our house. Alison, Jan and everyone else kept us fully informed of progress once again and worked with us to ensure, as best they could, nothing went wrong this time. The team in RMS Whitley Bay are second to none. The customer service is first class and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Alison, Jan and everyone at the branch.

GoogleI have used RMS a number of times and will continue to do so. Sadly, on this occasion, my sale fell through after many frustrating weeks, however, staff were wonderful throughout. I would recommend this company. Always happy to do business with them.

GoogleI highly recommend Rook Matthews Sayers West Denton office for your house sale. It’s a personal place to deal with. My sale was dealt with very professionally. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times and helped me through the process, which took some of the inevitable pressure off me. The pictures that were taken made the house look very attractive and I’m sure helped generate interest. Edits to the sales information were done with the minimum of fuss, which was really helpful. The staff got it! If I had to leave a message, this was always returned promptly at all times, which is what you need. Full marks.

We’ve recently moved into our new home and are grateful to Neil Walton from the Gosforth Branch for guiding us through the mortgage process. Mortgage rates were going up at the time, but Neil was able to get us the best deal possible. He was very proactive in completing the application and chasing it up, and he kept us in the loop the whole time. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking to buy a house.

Would highly recommend Alistair, the mortgage advisor at the ashington branch. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always available to us and explained everything clearly. Alistair made the process of remortgaging as stress free as possible given everything going on in the housing market at the moment will definitely be using him again!
