GoogleHaving dealt with RMS Morpeth lettings department for a number of years I had no hesitation in approaching them to market my property for sale. Once again, I have been thoroughly impressed by the friendly, professional service received from the whole team at RMS Morpeth. From the initial contact, valuation visit and arranging viewings, the team have been knowledgeable, efficient and have kept me updated regularly. The property sold quickly and the team have been excellent throughout the process, regular updates & dealing with Solicitors on my behalf. Great work by all involved, I would not hesitate using them again in the future and can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy, sell or let a property.

Purchased a property through this agent & initially all was fine, then onto sales progression was another story. A hole in the bedroom ceiling with visible historical leaks but we were told by the estate agent that this had been fixed and a certificate of work carried out was available.We now have rain water leaking through the same hole, and the estate agent deny all knowledge of ever saying the work was completed by anyone.
Dear Louise, we’re really disappointed to receive this review as we take great pride in the service we provide and as you can see from our 4.7 rating, it is not often that we receive negative feedback. We have looked into this further and from our records we can see that the query about the ceiling was brought up during a viewing at the property with yourself, our accompanied viewer rang the branch on the spot to raise your question and asked if the vendor had completed any work on this. It was discussed that they would arrange someone to look at it. Later, a roofer attended and said it was not ‘active’ and it was in his opinion caused by the Velux window having been left open and there were no further repairs required. Unfortunately, we can only reiterate what we have been told as we have not done the checks ourselves but are relying in good faith on information provided to us. We would always recommend that if you have any areas of concern that you raise these with your solicitor for your purchase. With regards any certification, on all the paper work that was completed by the vendor no certification or warranty was listed. Having checked our sales progression notes, there is no record of this issue being discussed. Again, as we have not carried out the work, or done the checks ourselves, we can be uncertain that this damage is related to the same issue you saw at the time, with the huge amount of heavy rain that we have experienced recently it is possible that the water may has found a way in through a separate entry point. We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues at the property and hope they are resolved swiftly for you, so you can enjoy your new home. Thank you.

GoogleThe team at RMS Amble were excellent when it came to selling our home. The initial call was handled superbly and from the valuation day to the completion day, they excelled. Selling a property can be hazardous journey yet it was handled in a friendly, professional manner at all times. All of the ‘business’ attributes count in a business, but they also apply the ‘human’ touch in building the relationship you need to all work as a team. We used Alistair Bowman out of the RMS Ashington Branch as our mortgage advisor to help us buy our first home. Could not recommend highly enough. We mainly dealt with Natalie and Eve who were wonderful throughout - we did not have the best solicitor and both Natalie and Eve were very proactive with contact and nudging them along, and very supportive with the whole process. I would recommend the RMS Gosforth Branch Team.

GoogleFound to be very poor at communicating, despite leaving numerous voice msgs and sending emails no one replied to anything, I called yet again to speak to some one and they promised a call back with information I requested, no one called back so called again following day and nearly a week later no reply, call again today as still not one phone call back and told gone! would recommend either hiring more staff or really try and work on the communication side of your business!
Dear Mr Gray, We are so disappointed to receive this review as it does not reflect our outstanding customer service that we pride ourselves on. Because of this we have investigated this further and have been informed that you had enquired about a property and had wanted a specific start date for your tenancy, our branch staff spoke to the landlord regarding this but the landlord told them they wanted a tenant who had viewed the property. A member of staff did leave you a message passing on this information. However the next time you rang unfortunately the tenant had been accepted and an application had been submitted. The rental market is incredibly competitive as well as fast paced and landlords want their properties filled as soon as they can, some often have specific requirements that our staff must take into account. We do our best for both our landlords and potential tenants and we ask the questions but we can only do what our landlords ask of us. Which in this case was to go with an application from someone who had already viewed the property. We’re sorry you felt that there was a lack of communication, this is never how we want of our clients to feel. However our staff did try to update you but they did need to leave a message as you were unavailable. We wish you all the best with your property search and are of course we're here to help you with any future property.
