Very pleasant staff in the office, and communications mostly very good. Ours was an easy sell, so not particularly onerous for RMS. Good advice given re finalising offers. Agents please take care to shut doors/windows/reset alarms after viewings. And it was a good job I checked the figures on completion, as RMS had not deducted the cost of our probate valuation, as promised. Quickly rectified - once pointed out.

From the very first contact the staff kept me up to date in the process. Her home went on the market on the Friday and an offer accepted on the Monday. The sale was completed within 6 weeks.
