This is the second time Alistair Bowman at the Ashington branch has secured my mortgage for a new build property and again he has been absolutely amazing. In a nutshell we had to do nothing, Alistair was always on top of any interest rate changes securing us the best rate available to us, he has everything planed and prepared ready for completing. This turned into a long process due to build time and he was always checking in with us making sure we had a contingency plan if needed.Alistair made the whole process very stress free, especially with the uncertain interest rates. Can't fault his work at all and will using him in the future.
