GoogleDavid & Maureen at RMS in Alnwick are genuinely invested in giving you the best experience possible in helping you to find the perfect property. No question is too silly, especially for 1st time buyers like myself, and their open communication chain is a breath of fresh air! We haven't found 'The One' yet but I have no doubt I will the first to get a phone call from them both, if their eagle eyes spot something! Thanks so much team RMS !

Our move was challenging to say the least thanks to a number of hurdles and difficulties outside the control of Rook Matthews Blyth, but they were first class in making sure our move got over the finishing line. I threw my toys out of the pram a few times along the way and I received a very professional, reassuring and prompt response. I always had the feeling that the staff genuinely cared about delivering a great service and that this is more than just a 9-5 for them. Dear Andrew, we would appreciate it if you could let us know of your experience with our branch and what has caused such a low rating. This is very unusual for our Amble branch as they often receive such high praise from their customers. GoogleMany thanks to all the team at RMS Amble for their help and support during the sale of my father-in-law's house. The process took a lot longer than we expected, for various reasons, and the team helped us through them. They have been very professional and friendly throughout. We would definately reccomend the team at Amble.

I went with Rook Matthews Sayer to purchase my first home. The staff were absolutely incredible and friendly. They always were on hand to help with anything I needed and reassured me when I had questions or started stressing, as most people do with first buys. I always felt like all the staff knew my situation and I could speak to anyone for help. I didn't have to just wait for 1 individual to get back to me. They are a team and they work great together. I used them as a Mortgage Broker as well and they were great. A huge thank you to the entire team in the Fenham Branch, you were all fantastic.

Dear Kay, please be assured that all of our properties are valued by very experienced members of staff, who know the areas they are valuing very well and have been doing so for a number of years. They use data provided by Rightmove, as well as their local expertise when offering clients a market appraisal and we can assure you these are realistic prices as we save every bit of evidence we collect to back this up. Independent Research shows our Alnwick branch are the ’”number one” agent in their area for property sales and we can guarantee this would not be the case if our properties were overvalued, as people would simply not want to buy them. GoogleWe recently purchased a property through RMS in Alnwick. We were purchasing at a distance (from Solihull), so communication was important to us. Everyone we dealt with at RMS was friendly and they responded to queries very quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with.
