GoogleI recommend the Rook Mathews Office in Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne. They are a reliable and competent real estate agents. They sold my house for me even though I was living in Poland and everything was dealt with very well, they were really friendly and helpful. TrustpilotI have a tenancy with them for a flat…
I have a tenancy with them for a flat which worked great for over 2 years but then i was in a position to buy a house i gave notice that i intened to end my tenancy when i got a move in date for my house. The landlord agreed to let me end it early as i had 6 month left. I then allowed the agency to allow viewings. Every one that viewed it wanted it. Week later i was told there was a delay of 15 days to do checks on the mew tenants. I waited the 15 days asking for a offical date when my tenacy would end. The next excuse they came up with was they where waiting for a date for the final expection. In the mean time i moved imto my new house and paid another months rent for what is now a empty property. My mother called in one day to collect the mail from the flat and bumped into the landlord who was told the flat was now empty. She was told the new tenant was keen to move in and was ment to movimg in soon. Yet i still have not been told a date or anything and im still paying rent etc.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the service that Rook Matthews Sayer Morpeth Branch provided us. All staff were friendly and efficient throughout our dealings with them. The thing that most impressed us was the fact that we were kept continuously well informed all through the process of buying our home. There were regular check-ins to update us on how things were progressing. We would highly recommend Rook Matthews Sayer and should we ever decide to move house again we would not hesitate to use them again. Great experience. Big thank you to all staff involved

GoogleRMS Whitley Bay branch gave a very good service. They accurately valued the property, marketed it and escorted viewers at the property without me present. They managed a very long drawn out sale where the lower property chain collapsed beyond our control and the property had to be remarketed, rapidly getting a new buyer, keeping me well informed at all times. Friendly and helpful at all times.

Ali was amazing and reassured us, we had an offer within 2 weeks. Throughout the whole process, the whole team have been positive, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Alistair was so helpful with our mortgage process. As first time buyers there was a lot we were unfamiliar with and he explained it all, advised and gave guidance while empowering us to make our own choices. He was invaluable in advocating on our behalf in discussion with the estate agent and solicitors, and kept in regular contact with us to give and receive updates. Alistair was absolutely fantastic in helping us with our first mortgage. He was so reassuring and knowledgeable and helped us to find a property we never thought we would be able to afford. He was consistent with his updates and checked in to see how we were getting on with the process.
