GoogleWe sold our house through RMJ Gravesend and bought our new house through RMJ Strood, I couldn't recommend them enough. Everything is in house and we took advantage of that, we arranged an good mortgage and were kept well informed at every step.

GoogleCould not be better, the only truly professional organisation in my whole purchase, despite being a relatively low value transaction. Put all solicitors and banks to shame ! Viewing agents a bunch of wide boys but great blokes and girls all the same . Gurmuck Gheeta (hope I've got that right Gurmuck ?) brilliant mortgage advisor, got me the perfect deal for my needs but most of all Michelle Wilkens who worked tirelessly for both me and the seller to to progress the deal to completion, just before Christmas ! Don't know about selling but as a buyer you can't go wrong.

GoogleI have recently listed my property with RMJ. It is a difficult decision choosing an agent with our most valuable asset but Tj (branch manager) and his team have been excellent (especially Nancy) Tj was honest,transparent and realistic. He didn't make promises just to get our business. He even gave me a valuation (without the full presentation) when he knew another agent would be be doing a presentation to get our business in the evening which really impressed us. He is always available and keeps us updated. Once listed we had 2 offers and several viewings in the first week. Although it's early days we definitely feel we made the right choice. Tj and his team are professional, enthusiastic and we would definately recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and professional agent.

GoogleMichelle and Tammy and the team were great to work with. As a first time buyer, buying during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was worried about completion. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been brilliant in handling hiccups very promptly. The welcome box was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleJust sold our family home with these guys and there service is fantastic. From start to finish we was kept up to date and looked after from start to finish. Nothing was ever to much trouble. The staff are all amazing and so very helpful and do all they can to ensure your sale goes through quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. Wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleHaving had an extremely poor experience of another, well known estate agent locally, I have to say that moving to Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood was like night and day in terms of customer experience. From start to finish, the level of communication at every stage was excellent and the effort from the team to get the right viewers for my rural property was second to none. I have been absolutely delighted with the service from the RMJ Strood team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. GoogleUnlike another large chain estate agency in North West Kent and Medway the staff at RM&J have been courteous, respectful and pleasant to look at houses with. They communicate well, listen to your needs, listen to your thoughts and NEVER pressure you - the seller is the client but unlike the other company they understand and appreciate that without the potential buyers the process would not happen, and the buyers are treated with as much respect. I would like to particularly thank Nancey, she has a lovely manner and has a very professional attitude to her work. I would also like to thank Sarah and Tammy, this efficient team are working on Sundays too, which helps you have a seamless service.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Strood RMJ have been amazing. We really felt we were supported by the whole team. But, special mention must go to our sales progressor, Michelle. Through what became a very lengthy chain with all its associated problems and stresses (of which there were many) Michelle kept us fully informed and addressed our concerns in a highly professional way but never once lost the friendly touch in her emails. If you’re looking for a professional estate agents who will treat you with respect and truly help you through the process - look no further. GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house, Robinson Michael and Jackson Strood Branch is the estate agent for you. We got an offer after less than 6 weeks on the market. During the initial part of the sale process we got good feedback from the team as how the viewings were progressing. Unfortunately the only disappointment was the second stage of the sale after we received an offer. This stage was dragged by the solicitors. I think a constructive feedback will be to offer better communication between the solicitors and the estate agent. This will be an important key aspect to improve. Since in different occasions we didn’t know in which stage of the sale we were and we were told one thing by the estate agent and another thing by the solicitor. In the end, we would like to say thank you to Michelle Wilkins for her help in pushing the final stage until the end. We would recommend this estate agent but if we would have had the choice again we wouldn’t use their solicitors.

GoogleWith all the stress of moving, RMJ were our only saving grace. Tom, Adam and Julie were great - very happy with the level of service and kept in the loop at all times. They also helped us even after we moved in with issues from the previous owner.

GooglePoor customer service and full of s***. You can be arrogant if you are good at your job but not this lot. Think twice about leaving your keys with them...end up leaving all your lights on in the property. And never deal with Micha!
