GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from Robinson Michael &Jackson Chatham especially Angela who dealt with our purchase through them, seeing as they didn’t make any money from us as we only bought through them Angela was superb, constantly keeping us informed as to what was happening and chasing other estate agents and solicitors, wish we had sold through them as well would have been a lot easier and smoother If you’re looking for estate agents look no further Absolutely superb and will recommend to anyone

GoogleI have had a terrible experience with Robinson Michael and Jackson, I put an offer in on a property and 5 working days later still haven't heard back after following up with a call and an email. I'm not convinced they actually put my offer forward to the seller. The service is just appalling, a call back even with no news is just common courtesy.

GoogleThe sales agents supported us (buyers) throughout the whole house purchase process and negotiated with the seller when this has been requested by us. Allowed us additional house viewings and followed up the progress of purchase each week. Engaged with our solicitor to speed up the purchase. All the services were performed to a great standard and I would consider using this agency again.

The valuation and listing of our property was carried out quickly and a buyer was found within a couple of weeks. The team at RMJ kept us informed along the way with regular updates, without us having to call and ask. GoogleRMJ sold us our property, let and managed it and then helped us sell it. So, we experienced the full range of their services. From the beginning, I have been impressed with the reliability, professionalism and friendliness of their staff. Every department we have had to deal with - Buying, Letting, Property Management, Finance, Sales and Sales Progression - has demonstrated a consistency of standard which has been great for us. Of particular note, Mark and his team in getting our property sold in 2 weeks and Angela who progressed the sale with great skill and determination. My thanks to all.

GoogleI choose Robinson Michael & Jackson to let out my property. I did some research on the possible letting agents in my area, and RMJ came up with the best rating What so ever, so I decided to trust them and go ahead. The team at RMJ is just incredible. They looked after me in all aspects from putting the property on the market, to sign off contracts. They have been very helpful and supportive on choosing the right tenant. Chloe, Abbei and Petra are the stars I have been helped by. I will definitely collaborate with RMJ in the future and I reccomend this letting agency to family and friends. Thank you C

TrustpilotDartford Agents wont give me my deposit back
If there was a minus, I will give to the Dartford branch. I've tried for a long time now to get my deposit back but they don't want to release my full deposit ...Reason is that I didn't confirm moving out date (by clicking a link)when there's evidence that the link didn't work and I contacted the office to make a complaint...They've got all these evidences but still wont let go of my money. Emails to the manager and no acknowledgement of my complaints. I definitely wont be using for sales/rent ever.

Welling Rental Dept The only reason they have got such a high rating is because I cannot give them 0.Viewed two properties with them each time being shown round by a woman called Lily, each time we explained that we wanted a move because our current home had damp/mould issues and it was not pleasant,We liked the 2nd property 18 Park View Rd and decided to make an offer.Part of the process they gave you a form to fill out. On this form it asked for special requests, we specifically asked for guarantees that this property never had problems with damp, also asked verbally. We were told by the same woman there were no issues with damp.Got the keys on 26th Oct and started moving in gradually because of work. Finally moving in fully on 22nd Nov. To our horror in less than a week of fully moving in we had signs of damp and mould in two rooms which is slowly spreading.It is a property that they have had on their books for a period of time so they would have been well aware of all issues.BEWARE and trust at your peril
