We had a really positive experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson selling our property. The whole team were helpful and supportive throughout the process. Kendell was great in supporting us, helped answer all our queries and responded quickly. Dallas was fantastic especially with helping us get everything over the line. Dallas was always responsive, kept us updated and regularly chased things up for us, including following up with the solicitors, which we really appreciated. Selling a property can be stressful, but having a team who were proactive and easy to get hold of made such a difference. Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and like many first-time buyers, we found the process exciting but also quite stressful at times. There is so much you simply do not know the first time around, so good communication really matters. That is where the Walderslade team stood out. Dallas was excellent throughout. He kept us updated, chased when things needed chasing and, most importantly, explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense. Towards the end of the purchase, when there were delays further up the chain and we were naturally becoming anxious, he was someone we could rely on for a clear update rather than being left wondering what was going on. Kendall was equally impressive. She was incredibly efficient and proactive, and on one occasion actually drove out to the property to get paperwork signed rather than allowing it to sit and potentially delay things further. That really stayed with us because it showed that the team were not just waiting for things to happen, they were actively trying to get the sale over the line. Between Dallas and Kendall, we always felt that there were people keeping an eye on the transaction and doing what they could to move it forward. The wider Walderslade team were also friendly and professional whenever we dealt with them. For anyone buying their first home and feeling overwhelmed by the process, having an estate agent who communicates properly and helps you understand what is happening can make such a difference. That was certainly our experience here. After a stressful couple of months, collecting the keys to our first family home was an incredibly special moment, and we are genuinely grateful to Dallas, Kendall and the whole Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade team for the part they played in getting us there. We would happily recommend them, particularly to first-time buyers. 5 stars.

Initially we put our house on the market with another estate agent and although they got us some offers resulting in 2 sales, the after sales care was awful resulting in both sales falling through. There was no communication which lead to the sales dragging on and not going through. We decided to change agents after this bad experience and I can’t fault RMJ. The property was marketed well and a sale was achieved fairly quickly. During this time all the staff including Skye and Harry were very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Kendell chased it regularly and communicated updates. Dallas was also always on hand if Kendell was unavailable and again he was always extremely helpful. There were some issues with parts of the sale but they were always dealt with quickly and everyone knew what was happening. The whole experience was completely different to the first agent we used. Selling a house isn’t always easy but it was definitely made easier dealing with nice people that were professional, friendly and communicative. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again.

She made the process easier, she provided reassurance and kept on top of solicitors and as this is our first home it was so helpful. Harry showed us around our new home first and he was also helpful and answered our questions. Dallas was always on hand to answer phone calls and also kept on top of solicitors. Whilst the house was for sale there were lots of viewings and feedback received on all of the viewers, as well as a weekly call to update generally on the sale. Post sale, Dallas and the team did all the chasing on a very difficult chain to make sure everything went through smoothly, which it did. We've rented 2 separate properties from Reside for a combined total of 4 years. I can honestly say they are the most fair lettings agency that I have rented from (having rented with 6 other lettings companies before). They are always quick to respond to and organise the remedying of maintenance issues reported, always let you know well in advance before anyone needed to visit the property, and also we're always extremely fair with their rental prices and deposit returns. As a tenant the above was great, but I can even see how well they looked after the property for the landlord. They did ~6-monthly (non-invasive) walk arounds of the apartment just to make sure everything looks ok. This must give landlords huge peace of mind. I've dealt with so many rental companies in the past that were awful - always trying to take as much as possible from the renters (in rent and unfair / delayed deposit returns), taking ages to sort maintenance issues, and handing over the property in a disgraceful state. I can wholeheartedly say that Reside was a pleasure to work with. We only left them due to buying a property, but if I ever return to renting (or even letting), Reside will be my first choice.
