GoogleI had a viewing with Jessie from RJ Lettings and I found her to be very knowledgable about the property and its developers. She was also able to give some insight to the local amenities and neighbourhood. The property we initially looked at didn’t plan out however, she reached back later when a new property fitting my specification became available which I extremely appreciated.

Google⭐ One-star review LANDLORDS BEWARE, Robinson Michael & Jackson (RMJ) My experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson has been extremely disappointing. I chose their Fully Managed Service specifically because I had a newborn baby, was recovering from childbirth, and was experiencing physical injuries and mental health difficulties. I explained that I needed a service that would reduce my stress and administrative burden, but unfortunately, the experience added to it. There were several issues, including RMJ’s failure to notify the relevant utility notification service when my tenancy began for my buy to let, which resulted in adverse credit issues. My residential property was also advertised despite my specific instructions not to market it externally without my prior permission, and the listing contained an inaccurate description of the property. They've been refusing to remove this despite my several request to take it down - which I believe it being done out of spite - they have even gone as far as taking down the advert for the buy to let which I never ask them to remove but leave the advert for the one I specifically requested them to remove. I also had to do alot of the work I contracted them to do including liaise with neighbouring estate agent and contractors to sort out a fencing issue, which was initially described to me as a potentially serious problem with a wall before it became clear that it concerned a fence panel. I had to do a fully manage service with a 1 month old baby that I was paying this company to do. Another concern arose my tenant contacted me directly whilst caring for an unwell 2 months old baby - the tenant explicitly stated that RMJ told him to contact my directly and gave him my details. I brought this to their attention and was dismissed as if it was nothing, particularly given the discrepancy between what I understood the tenant had told me and RMJ’s subsequent explanation. These issues caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult period when I was caring for an unwell baby and recovering myself. While RMJ eventually acknowledged one of the failures, my wider concerns about the service and complaint handling remain. I would advise landlords to keep detailed records of all instructions and communications and to think carefully before entrusting RMJ with the full management of their property.
