GoogleI had a really helpful phone call with Sophia today and Sophia was so polite, friendly and professional throughout. Sophia took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything really easy to understand. Even though Sophia has only just started, you can already tell she’s genuinely passionate about helping people and providing great customer service. Sophia is already a real credit to the team, and I honestly think Sophia is going to go really far. Wishing Sophia all the best in her new role!
