From the very beginning, they were fantastic at getting our property in front of the right people. We had lots of viewings, multiple offers and ultimately secured a buyer within a really short space of time. The whole sales process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better result.
A special mention has to go to Tammy, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the purchase of our new property. She was incredibly helpful in keeping everything moving and, when we unfortunately lost some valuable time due to a buyer pulling out of the chain, Tammy went above and beyond to help get things back on track and make up for the lost time. Her communication, organisation and determination to keep everything progressing made a stressful process so much easier for us.
We’d also like to thank Hannah for all her help with the viewings, as well as the rest of the team for their support throughout.
Overall, a fantastic estate agent with a genuinely great team. We’re extremely grateful for everything they did to help us sell our old home and secure our new one!

GoogleSorry for the late reply. Andy was a nice and very understanding that I am deaf. He had made sure I understood what’s he planning to do to carry out the valuations on my house. Going through each things for example fees, cost EPC, solicitors if I need one, having photos taken, etc. Andy even promised he will email with details and provide the report which he had done within a few days later, what we had talk about. I am very grateful for that.
I am hoping maybe in 6 months time to return to Robinson Michael & Jackson for another advice and if I decide to sell. I hope Andy and his team to guide me in the right direction . Thankyou

GoogleI've recently bought a truly great property with Robinson Michael & Jackson and highly recommend them to anyone! The whole process went super fast and smooth in less than 3 month between the first viewing and getting keys and moving in! They were super professional the whole time, helpful in price negotiations with the previous owner, and keeping everyone working at a good speed by sending an occasional reminder now and then, but without any feeling of rush or pressure, and even reminded me to get in touch with the utilities companies a few days before moving in, which I would have totally forgotten to do otherwise! Would give them 6 stars, but only 5 is the max.! :)
