We honestly couldn’t recommend Michael Robinson & Jackson enough! We’d previously had our flat on the market with another agent for 6 months with no luck, so selling it within just 2 weeks with Michael Robinson & Jackson was amazing! Although I had to do a couple of viewings myself, the whole process was made so simple. Everyone was incredibly helpful and quick to get things done. A special mention has to go to Angela, the Sales Progressor. She was absolutely lovely, caring and explained everything so clearly, especially as I’d never been through the process before. She made me feel completely at ease and always made you feel like you were more than just a customer. Without her, we would have been lost! She helped get everything completed and exchanged on the same day, smoothly and stress-free. She really deserves all the credit! I knew from 2024 that I wanted to put my house on the market, and during that time I spoke to and met with a few different estate agents. Sam Bahia, Branch Manager at Robinson Michael & Jackson, came to visit me and view my house. Out of all the estate agents I met, I built a really good rapport with Sam. As someone who was originally a first-time buyer and didn’t know much about the process, I found Sam to be genuinely patient, approachable and very good at explaining everything to me. I eventually decided to put my house on the market in January 2026. Because of the impression Sam had made during our first meeting, and the fact that he would occasionally check in to see how I was getting on and whether I was ready to start the moving process, I never felt pressured. This was a big reason why I chose Robinson Michael & Jackson. The process of putting my house on the market was very smooth. I was then introduced to Angela, who liaised between myself and my buyer. She was also extremely responsive and professional throughout the process, keeping me informed whenever she had spoken with my buyer or my solicitor. Holly was always very good at notifying me whenever I had a viewing scheduled. I also remember that within around 15 minutes of my house being put on the market, I received an email from Robinson Michael & Jackson, which showed me how proactive the team were from the very beginning. One of the biggest things for me was that I travelled abroad and was out of the UK for five weeks while my house was on the market. During that time, I had viewings taking place and even agreed on a price while I was away. Despite being out of the country, I had complete confidence that Robinson Michael & Jackson would manage the sale without any issues. Everyone I dealt with was amazing when it came to communication. The whole team were professional, responsive and kept me informed throughout what can be a very stressful process. I also had an issue with my purchase, and the communication between Robinson Michael & Jackson and my buyer was excellent. They helped maintain communication and kept things moving, rather than allowing the situation to fall apart. I believe my buyer would say the same, as he didn't simply walk away from the transaction. There really aren't enough words to explain how much stress and pressure Robinson Michael & Jackson have helped ease throughout this process. Selling a house and moving can be incredibly stressful, but having a team I could trust made a huge difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson to anyone looking to sell their home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Estate Agent, Avoid CTW Solicitors** I highly recommend **Robinson Michael & Jackson**. Danny, Tilly and Jody were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were extremely efficient, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They sold my property very quickly, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. I genuinely can't fault the service they provided. Thank you all for making the sale as smooth as possible. My only criticism relates to the solicitor I chose, **CTW Solicitors**, who were recommended by the estate agent. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very disappointing. The sale took **five months** to complete, largely due to delays on their side. There were several issues throughout the process: * My paperwork was misplaced. * My name was spelt incorrectly on documents. * Communication was slow, with long delays in responding to emails and queries. * Additional charges were added during the transaction. Ironically, the buyer also used CTW Solicitors (albeit a different branch), and they experienced similar delays, so the fact that both parties used the same firm did not speed up the transaction. While Robinson Michael & Jackson did their best to chase matters, ultimately they could only do so much. My advice is to choose your own solicitor rather than relying solely on a recommendation. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend CTW Solicitors. Choosing a proactive solicitor can make a significant difference to how smoothly and quickly your property transaction progresses.
