GooglePoor customer service and full of s***. You can be arrogant if you are good at your job but not this lot. Think twice about leaving your keys with them...end up leaving all your lights on in the property. And never deal with Micha!

GoogleThe team at RMJ Walderslade have been fantastic start to finish. Dallas, Mica and Kendall have been a pleasure to work with over the past few months and have made a stressful experience more bearable by always being friendly, helpful and professional every step of the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home and they are the only agents we would use if we were to move house again. We also have bought our new home through them and couldn't fault them at all.

Mica was very reassuring and supportive with setting up the sale, then the viewings were handled by Kendall who was fantastic.. I sold my property within 4 weeks and felt really supported by Maxine throughout the completion process! Would 100% recommend! Thank you guys xxx

GoogleThoroughly recommend their services! From the first contact I've had with them everyone I have dealt with has been brilliant. I've always been kept up to date with the progress of my purchase as soon as there had been any developments or changes. As a first time buyer it's a daunting thing but I've been expertly guiding through and couldn't have asked for a better service. In the latter stages of the process Maxine was fantastic with keeping me informed and chasing things up for me, she was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleOne of the most unprofessional situations I have ever seen! Conducting viewings without knowing information about the property, handling shared ownership without knowing how it works, stupid errors on paperwork wasting my time. And all that while they lied to us about the property being ready to move in next month, while it is actually involved in a chain that will take about a year to clear. AVOID them! If you are looking for honesty and professionalism, just stay away from them!

GoogleI found Robinson Michael Jackson to be very professional through the sale process. I had one minor issue which was swiftly dealt with. The most important thing for me is that they kept me constantly informed during the progression of the sale. This is the most critical stage of any house sale and I was very pleased with their communication during this time. Thank you for a nice smooth, stress free sale.

GoogleStaff are very helpful and friendly.best estate agent on the high street.amazing service especially from Angela the sales progressor she is always going that extra mile to help you out with your purchase of a property.shes constantly chasing up the solicitors .and keeping you up-to-date with developments as they happen.making sure everything is going as planned. She couldn't be more helpful. Would use them again if buying another property.
