GoogleFirst time buyer. Would absolutely recommend the Walderslade Estate Agency. Dallas and Kendall were especially helpful with allowing us to view the property a number of times. Maxine was a god send through the whole process and was always on the end of the phone helping us through the whole process! A big thank you to everyone at Walderslade RMJ

GoogleThe team at RMJ consistently kept me up to date on my sale and are the first agent I have used where I felt that they were working hard to get the best price for my house. Dallas was proactive throughout the whole process and negotiated effectively on my behalf. Well done and thanks to all in the Walderslade office. I would have no hesitation in using RMJ again.

GoogleRobinson, Michael and Jackson, Gravesend were brilliant helping us buy our first home. They are quick to answer the phone, always returned our calls if they missed our call and were efficient with chasing up all parties and to get our move through as quickly as possible. We would use them again, the whole team were fantastic.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotNo deposit back after 15 days, rude staff
No deposit back after 15 days. Agent disputing false details missing and charging net curtain £20, sink plugs£5, to glue small carpet corner £20!! No receits provided just link to amazon. No proves for what they want money. Didn't refund me a penny, not even the agreed amount.Trust me they are the worst - Branch Rainham, Kelly manager. The management team never listen, never to get hold of for complaintsI had to go to tenacy protection scheme and now on process with OmbudsmanWorse agency ever

GoogleIn a time when every business is crying out for help, the last thing you would expect to feel is unwelcome, uncomfortable and encounter compromised professionalism when looking to support a local business. This was the case with Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Estate Agents on Saturday afternoon on 06/06/2020. Having being dismissed in such a way, I actually thought that this is the case as per the corona situation. How wrong was I, my partner went to another estate agent and had the best world class treatment one wishes and hopes to get all the time, especially when you are going to spend your hard earned money. Two contrasting cases one which left a bad taste and the other, a template of what customer service is. Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Estate Agents you really need to work on your customer care and delivery.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe chose Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend over other local agents & online sites like purple bricks because we wanted a good quality sale with people you can trust. We had to go through probate but the house was sold & completed within just 5 months. The last time we sold through RMJ was 21 years ago & Andy Plaistow was the manager then! Highly professional, responsive, and good value agents. Thank-you RMJ & Andy - a pleasure to do business. Louise NorthfleetPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLee from Robinson Michael and Jackson was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. All of the people we dealt with selling my late aunt's house were easy to deal with and made the whole process seem quite simple. The house was sold quickly and efficiently, and we were kept informed on a regular basis. Would certainly recommend, and have no hesitation in using them again if the need arose.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Robinson Michael & Jackson and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell in the Walderslade area. The whole team worked as one to deliver for us and were always extremely professional, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. From initial viewing, through selling and progressing, to contract exchange was conducted efficiently and there was always someone at the end of a phone to talk things through, if needed.
