GoogleIt has taken longer to complete the sales than expected. However, we were explained the situation of any changes at all time, and were kept informed of any progression. Great thanks to Julie (The sales Progressor) who acted as the liaison person between us and the buyer/buyer's solicitor effectively and efficiently.

Awful - rainham branch Kent Kelly has taken £20 of my deposit to glue a small corner of the carpet on a step. 1 month after, the job was not done, also when I asked for a receipt refused to give me one. How could she, if it didn't exist?Also they tried to take more money of me but couldn't because didn't have proofs Also when you ask to fix something while you're living in their property, it takes long, nothing is straightforward, and if possible you are made to pay.Maybe other branches are ok but Rainham is hallucinating I simply had to complain to ombudsman because there is none to complain to apart from Kelly and Natalie the managers in Rainham. Noone gives you any details Worse letting agency

They quite literally could not be any more incompetent if they tried. It took them nearly a week to fix our boiler when we had no hot water. I should’ve known they weren’t going to be good when we showed up to pick up keys on our moving in day and they hadn’t even cut enough keys for the 3 of us. But in a nice cyclical nature, when my flatmate dropped off keys when we moved out, they had no idea we were moving out either.

Am utterly sick of these deceitful people.Accepted an offer as told buyers had a mortgage offer. Months later they still have no offer and am in limbo. Every contact brings a reply from them that is always falsely optimistic. Wish I had never gone there.Still, guess what I am saying is “acted as one would expect for estate agents”

Absolutely appalling. We reviewed their website about their procedures with COVID and viewing properties. My parents who are cash buyers were looking to view a bungalow were told that they could not view the bungalow due to the fact that they had not sold yet?! They are in a fantastic position and are keen to find their dream home but were told by Nick the branch partner that they could not do this. When I pointed out that this information is not shared on the website he simply kept repeating that they had to have sold to be in with a chance of viewing. But this information is not anywhere on their site so I said it cannot be enforced if the rules are not clearly stated it is total misinformation at a high level. I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? Customer Service you can appreciate at its very best! as an ex estate agent I’m dumbfounded. In this day and current climate he was happy to turn people away. Lost business on a potential sale in excess of £400,000. A real clever business move .. business idiot of the year. Avoid at all costs.

Good Morning Tracey Many thanks for your review. I am disappointed that you have felt the need to leave the review that you have. Especially as you are aware that we telephoned the owner of the bungalow you mention and explained that your parents were very keen to view the property. We asked if they would be prepared for your parents to view the bungalow albeit they are not currently in a proceedable position. As we explained the owner then confirmed they are more than happy for your parents to view when they are in a proceedable position and when the chain below is complete but were not willing to let them view before this. Re your comment I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? You spoke with my colleague first who explained the situation. You then asked to speak to someone that you could make a complaint to and my colleague passed you to myself. I explained the situation to which you were still unhappy and asked who you could escalate the complaint to further. I explained that this would be myself. At no point did I say I am the Branch Partner who are you going to complain too. As discussed yesterday the owners are more than happy to arrange a viewing for your parents when they are under offer and able to proceed with a purchase if they are happy with the bungalow when the view it. Very unimpressed with the service given by the Belvedere and Bexleyheath branches. I have tried to arrange viewings with both, to not get a call or email back as promised to update me. I rang multiple times to be asked all the same questions again, when there should be notes on their system. One of the agents was also very hasty on the phone, when I had clearly not finished with all my questions. It can be difficult to get through to them on the phone. There is definitely room for a lot of improvement.

GoogleFantastic service once again from Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood. We originally bought our first house from here 4 years ago and had a great service which was why we wanted to sell through them. With the help of our mortgage advisor we were able to get the mortgage we wanted/needed for our new ‘family’ home. They understood that we were not always contactable due to work but would always leave us emails with information or details to keep us up to date and informed and booked in/carried out viewings with access to our keys. We would like to thank all involved with the sale of our house for making its such a smooth sale and move! Thank you very much! Toni and Josh Mulholland.
