GoogleI initially used another, more moderately priced, ea for my sale and purchase. RM&J are the dominant firm in the area for a reason and it simply isn’t worth the time, effort and disappointment of going with a less well established firm. It won’t save you money in the long run. Tom and Andy were excellent. When it mattered they were hands on and pro-active, working hard and creatively, doing what needed to be done to get the sale through.

GoogleVery happy with the service received so far. I contacted other estate agents buy found RMJ by far the best. The information Tom provided on what is involved in moving and fees was clear and very helpful. He was very friendly but professional and kept me informed on a regular the sbasis throughoutelling process The number of viewings within the first 10 days was very impressive and was very surprised and happy how quickly I got an offer. Would recommend RMJ . Jo kept in regular contact throughout selling process, it took longer than normal to complete through no fault of RMJ. I felt she was the only one really pushing to get it over the line. RMJ were very professional throughout the 6 to 7 months it took to complete and my views have not changed. Again would recommend RMJ

GoogleI choose Robinson Michael & Jackson to let out my property. I did some research on the possible letting agents in my area, and RMJ came up with the best rating What so ever, so I decided to trust them and go ahead. The team at RMJ is just incredible. They looked after me in all aspects from putting the property on the market, to sign off contracts. They have been very helpful and supportive on choosing the right tenant. Chloe, Abbei and Petra are the stars I have been helped by. I will definitely collaborate with RMJ in the future and I reccomend this letting agency to family and friends. Thank you C

GoogleWe have bought and sold several properties through Robinson Michael and Jackson Gravesend Office. You walk through the doors and nothing is to much trouble ...it’s a feeling we have never experienced with any other estate agents and we have had dealings with a few! Buying and selling is such a smooth process as each and every one of the Gravesend staff are on their toes giving best possible service and keeping you up to speed on any changes or updates as soon as they happen . Andy and Jo were our main contacts with our sale ...even throughout the extremely difficult and uncertain times we were facing during COVID19, our minds were put at rest with regular updates & their professionalism. Whilst Jo was working from home she still managed to keep us informed on absolutely everything that was happening with our chain. Thank you Jo, Andy and all the staff at Gravesend branch. GoogleHaving to sell my recently deceased parents' house from a distance - albeit only 60 miles of the M25 - I am lucky I chose Robinson Michael & Jackson. The team dealt with all of the viewings and they have kept me informed of progress at every stage. All of my dealings with the company have been professionally handling in a friendly manner. Special mention for Reece and Jo from the Gravesend office. They could not have been more helpful.

GoogleUsed RM&J as my agency to let out my property and couldn't have been more than impressed with the job they did! Tremendous job by Chloe, Abigail and Petra. I had another agency come round at the same time, but the reason i actually went with these guys was because of Chloe, people buy into people and then businesses. She carried out everything with such professionalism. Abigail did a fantastic job on the open house and actually got me multiple offers and Petra's legal knowledge and getting the deal all closed and sealed was second to none! Overall a great job and these 3 ladies are definitely a credit to the business!

GoogleI'm so pleased that we decided to sell with RM&J. Reece handled out account, he was always so professional, helpful and patient throughout my many questions! He called regularly to update me on any interest in the property which I found really helpful and it was a weight off my mind to be kept in the loop with no effort on my part. He provided really helpful advice throughout the process and negotiated a price for the house that we were happy with. I would like to say a massive thank you to all of the sales team who conducted the many viewings on the property. They were so accommodating to people wanting to view the property to ensure that we didn't lose potential buyers. They conducted viewings during the day, evening and weekend and often squeezed people in at the last minute. I would also really like to thank Nicola and Jo in the sales progression team who answered many a query from me and did their best to ensure that the buyers had everything together so that the sale could proceed quickly and to ensure that we could teach a mutually agreeable completion date. I chose RM&J because I knew I wouldn't have time to deal with viewings and chase things up and they were worth every penny for the stress that they took out of the whole process.

GoogleI was very pleased with RMJ from start to finish. Reece impressed me at the valuation stage with his knowledge of the market and genuine interest in selling my property. He valued the property higher than any other local agent that attended and convinced me that he would achieve this realistic price. The house sold within 4 weeks of the valuation. When the first buyer dropped out, Andy, the branch manager became involved and found another buyer the following day. I was kept up to date throughout by the friendly staff. I would highly recommend RMJ, they deserve to be the Gravesend market leader.

GoogleWe would like to say a huge thank you to Abbie & Chloe!! They have been amazing and we can't thank them enough. For myself and my boyfriend it was our first time renting a property so we didn't have much knowledge on how the process worked at all. They took us through everything step by step and always answered any questions we had straight away. They made the whole process stress free and we moved in within 3 weeks of seeing the property which was amazing and we are now living in our dream home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at renting a property.

GoogleGreat experience with RMJ. From start to finish, it has been perfect. Communication was top notch throughout, we were always kept in the loop. Towards the end we were even getting better updates from the team here than we were the solicitors. Cant recommend enough - thanks to Andy, Tom, Lily, Jo and Nicola - and anyone else we interacted with. There is always a negative stigma attached to estate agents, but these guys have 100% delivered on what they said they would do - every time. Thanks again guys

GoogleI would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the Lettings Team at Robinson Michael & Jackson. The lettings manager Chloe Philbrick and her assistant Abbie Hoffman, what a team they both make. They are very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble. Within a week, they had a tenant who had passed referencing. Everything ran very smoothly with updates, always letting me know what was happening. I highly recommend this company but especially the lettings team. We did have another letting agent before using RMJ, i don't know what they were doing but we were with them for 2 months and got nothing at all... and that was a well known agent. GoogleI had lost faith in estate agents but from the beginning of the process to sell my house, which had previously been on the market with other agents for around 18 months, Andy Plaistowe and his team were superb. Within the first week of marketing I had a buyer and 2 months later exchanged contracts. I was kept fully informed throughout the transaction and if I had a query, they responded to me straight away. I therefore thoroughly recommend the team at the Gravesend branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson and thank them for a smooth and easy sale.

GoogleThe prospect of moving home, or if you’re just selling or buying for the first time is nothing short of daunting... Enter RMJ Gravesend. Now that my process is over, I look back and think how easy they made the experience and how relatively stress free the entire process was. When deciding to sell my property Reece left a great impression, and his honest and realistic approach was key to my decision to go with this team. Although I didn’t purchase a property through them, all viewings were really thought out as to it’s suitability for my needs. When selling mine, the process was super smooth, with Andy and Jo really ensuring everything went smoothly. Having gone through this a few times, it can feel frustrating when each day goes by with no information, but this team are really on it, and kept me informed all the way, pushed for answers when things were slow and couldn’t have done any more to support my needs. Honestly, this was a great experience come the end of it all, and I would happily recommend, no, urge you to consider this team for next move. Thanks again

GoogleRobinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend were excellent!! From the moment Reece Cox conducted the valuation of my property, he was very knowledgeable, and provided me with a wealth of information which was really useful. I always worry about estate agents not living up to the promises they make but in the case of Reece and the team that was certainly not the case. They got my property on the market very quickly and I consistently had viewings from day one. Reece, Tom and Lily kept me informed at all times and were extremely helpful. With the continued stream of viewings I was able to sell my property in 3 weeks. Jo the Sales Progressor at RMJ was very helpful in keeping me updated on how the sale was progressing and deal with any issues or questions I had. She always remained extremely professional even when I was feeling the pressure! I really cannot recommend the team at RMJ enough, they have the right drive, determination and professionalism that is required when selling your home. I would certainly use them again. Great team!!

GoogleI don’t usually post reviews but we have had such a good experience with our purchase through Robinson Michael & Jackson that I felt a review was required. Reece and Lily in particular have been excellent. They listened to our property requirements and quickly found us the perfect house. Questions and emails were answered very quickly and they have made the whole process easy and stress free (which is far from experiences we have had in the past with other agents). I would recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson without hesitation and we will certainly be going back to them for any future purchase or sale.
