From start to finish it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with Lee, Shane and the rest of the team at RMJ Rainham. Lee was professional yet friendly at our initial viewing and was honest but enthusiastic about our home. At each step we felt we were in control and supported with our decisions. Unlike other agents we had had come to value the house, Lee didn't discourage us when we wanted to test the market at a little higher than he had valued and we felt he would push even harder to make that figure happen. Time was taken to ensure everything was in place prior to us going onto the live market, from the best photographs on the worst weathered day to accurate floor plans and an in depth idea of the improvements made to the property. When we did go onto the market we were flooded with confirmed viewings from buyers ready to buy. Within 5 days we were sold at our asking price!! Amazing!! We had a bumpy road with our onward purchase but the team were always available for advice and help. Lee literally was a shoulder to cry on and Shane kept us regularly updated with everything just for added reassurance. All in all RMJ were the one aspect of moving we didn't worry about and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone. You pay a smidge more in fees compared to others, but you more than get your moneys worth!!

Incredible service from start to finish. The whole team worked pro-actively to attain the very best price for my house. I genuinely felt they had my needs in mind the whole way through the process. If your looking for the best agent in Rainham when it comes to value for money and a professional service, you have found them! You wont be disappointed. Special mention to Shane the sales progresser. Always calling me to update me on the transaction and always at the end of the phone if i needed him. Thanks again Guys, Chris Dodd

After doing our research on estate agents local to us, we decided to go with Robinson Michael & Jackson based on there amazing reviews & I have to admit it was the best decision. They were very efficient, polite, professional and kept excellent communication throughout the sale of our home. We would absolutely recommend using them to anyone wanting to sell & would definitely use them again in the future! A+

Very professional and quick throughout the whole process. The photos taken of my house were beautiful - better than I've seen on any other estate agents websites. We ended up selling our house twice (the first sale fell through) and both times, we had viewings before even going 'live' online and multiple offers. Great service and a lovely team. Money well spent

This is the first time we have had dealings with RMJ and we would definitely recommend them. From the start the staff were friendly and helpful. They kept us up to date with regards to the sale of our property and also the purchase of our new house as well. Dealing with RMJ was easy, and this helped with all the stress that comes with moving house. Thank you to all the staff that have helped and assisted us.
