GoogleI AND MY DAD WERE TREATED UNFAIRLY BY THEM.OUR DEPOSIT WERE DEDUCTED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT AT ALL. WENT TO TDS NOW FOR DISPUTE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AS SOME OF THEIR MEMBER HAS NO RESPECT AND VERY UNKIND (KELLY) WHICH I RAISED THE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITHIN THE OFFICE THAT I HOPE THEY WOULD LOOK INTO AS THEY SEEM TO COVER EACH OTHER. NO VOICE RECORDING SYSTEM IN PLACE. KELLY HAS BEEN DENYING AND I HAVE NO EVIDENCE TO PROVE.

GoogleThank you to all involved with selling at RM&J for the help and support; always on the ball and regularly in touch with updates on the sale
5/5
GoogleI'd certainly recommend RMJ to anyone looking to buy or sell, Always very approachable and friendly, they leave you with that 'good feel' factor that other agents seemingly do not

GoogleThe staff at RMJ rainham have been great with both the selling of my property and the purchase of my new property even though there was a few bumps in the road with code 19 they have kept me up-to-date at every stage you couldn’t ask for a better estate agent, with special thanks to Lee the manager who managed to keep it on track when it looked like the chain would collapse.
