GoogleI cannot sing their praises enough. Our move was supposed to take place just before the covid 19 lockdown came into affect which sent the entire process into chaos. Through this process Lee from Robinson Michael and Jackson in Rainham Kent was superb. He kept in contact with me through everything that happened and went the extra mile the get us the info we needed at every step even after exchange he was still there for anything we needed. Great help and great reflection on the company. 5 star if you ask me.

GoogleRMJ clearly demonstrate why you should support high street agents! Yes, online agents are cheap, but possibly being the biggest investment and most stressfull time in a persons life, why cut corners? They found a buyer for my property in less than a week, and when the buyers encountered issues which meant we were possibly faced with putting the house back on the market, RMJ saved the sale! Shane was our dedicated sales progression manager, he frequently kept us updated and pushed the sale from either side whenever neccessary. We successfully exchanged contracts after some hard work but I can confidently say, it was only because of the hard work put in by everyone at RMJ. Thanks!

GoogleI am neither a tenant nor a landlord using Robinson Michael & Jackson, but I had a problem regarding a misdirected electricity bill from Scottish Power which became nasty with debt collection agency demands etc. Robertson Michael and Jackson was the addressee. I spoke to Kelly in the Lettings Office, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke to both Scottish Power and the debt collection agency, and has managed (I hope ) to get this resolved. The time and effort she put into this was well beyond the call of duty for which I am most impressed, and indeed very grateful.

GoogleMy deposit was deducted unfairly i was advised to be paid in 10 days. it has been 14 days and still not paid and communication fails in their office if I was given the option i would give no star at all. I would advise that please do not have any dealings with both Sarah Jane and Kelly (property manager) as they talk over people and not listen to them and Kelly is really intimidating and can really upset people.

GoogleWe had excellent, personal service from Lee and the whole team at RMJ Rainham, from start to finish in selling my mother's property. The property sale was prompted by a bereavement and the subsequent need to relocate my mother to be nearer her family. The sensitivities around this and all the visits by prosepective buyers were handled extremely well and with great understanding. Throughout the period of viewings we were kept fully informed and involved in discussions around market conditions and the likely realistic selling price. Although the market generally was quite quiet for this type of property a steady stream of interested parties were found and eventually a high quality buyer who we were happy to go with. The final twist in the tail was the lockdown because of the COVID 19 crisis, which delayed the exchange and completion process; this was also handled very well allowing us to make sensible arrangements with the buyers to enable a successful completion to take place, for which we were very grateful. We would have no hesitation in throughly recommending RMJ.

GoogleA normal but professional valuation from a knowledgeable agent who knew the area and the property market. After signing up the viewings were completed on time and with a reasonable knowledge of the home and it’s potential I think once an offer was accepted the agents kicked up a notch keeping me up to date due the access with all the other people in our chain. Call backs were immediate and helpful I would recommend the agent moving forward

GoogleI guess I received the service one expects or hopes to get. RMJ seemed knowledgeable about the local market. Good quality photographs and attractive sales particulars. I was kept updated weekly on the viewings and supported through prices changes and negotiations. In the final stages of the sale Shane as Progression manager was particularly pro-active. I would recommend.
