GoogleArranged property viewing and was told i have to show my mortgage in principle, which i sent by email. Following receipt i was told to speak to Robinson Michael mortgage advisor and i declined because i already have mortgage agreed with NatWest. I was then told that viewing cannot be arranged. I find this unprofessional and disgusting. Why do i have to use your mortgage advisor before i can arrange for viewing. No one should release their confidential mortgage details to this estate agent because they are looking for business.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleSelling your home is going to be the No1 most stressfull thing you ever do. People are different, where you see beauty others might not, where you think something is reasonable others wont, so consider this when you write a rubbish review for these men and women from the strood office, when you publically name and shame indaviduals because things didn't go the way you wanted, thousands of people could read those words and if you think it will hurt you, then it will probabally hurt them. "BRILLIANT" is what i say they are, The hours of work each person puts in to insure we get our new life. Michelle, EVERY time i mailed with a question i had an Answer within minutes (May have not been the answere i wanted, but the truth) Your a star Michelle. Sarah, (Sales consultant)I always seemed to get through to Sarah whenever i called and you always managed to calm me. GoogleOur purchase went through within 8 weeks in the spring. Used their mortgage advisor and everything they offered, even though we had mortgage offer already. Heard theirs out, got a better deal, cheaper and everything in one place. Really helpful and friendly team, (Michelle and Gurmukh). Given all the restrictions we were facing, everything was organised and booked really quickly and went through. We couldn't have wished for a better agency to buy our first house with. Our solicitors, and the solicitors of the seller were slow at times and difficult to get hold of; the team at RM&J, Dallas, Kendall and in particular Maxine were fantastic at moving things a long, offering a helping hand when we were stuck with the next steps of our purchase (first-time buyers) and provided a more personal, comfortable and friendly experience. We will definitely be using RM&J in Walderslade Village for our next purchase in the future, and will recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents.

GoogleWe recently moved using RMJ in Waldersalde village. We worked with Joe on the initial house sale and Kendall and Dallas on the purchase of the new house. Overall the service provided to us was superb. Ultra responsive along the whole journey and extremely knowledgeable on the market. Our house was up and sold within 4 days of initial contact which was incredible and in large part down to the guys hard work and additional services that they can also help with (such as pro photos).
