GooglePrevious experience had left me with a dislike of estate agents. However, RMJ have been truly amazing. Lee, Charley, Charlie and Ryan have been so friendly, helpful and caring throughout a very difficult roller coaster ride of the property market. Communication and understanding has been at the very forefront of their service especially in the final days leading to exchange of contacts. Used Robinson and Jackson to rent my flat, at first they were very polite and informative. As soon as the flat was rented all communication stopped and it became clear they just wanted the money and had no interest in customer service. Any repairs that were needed they just demanded money with little explanation of what the issue was. When I wanted to claim my property back from them they were very slow and unhelpful. Then after the contract ended and all fees were settled, they sent me a bill for £160 stating that emergency boiler repairs had been needed six months ago but it hadn't been added to my account. I wouldn't have authorised this as my family member is a boiler engineer. Very poor communication. The whole thing was a shambles from start to finish - will never use again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this estate agents at all costs ! had to keep asking for updates which never came. Finally made a complaint to branch manager at Chatham by mail, received in my opinion a vulgar display of how NOT to talk to an existing client. FOUR DAYS NOTICE GIVEN BEFORE COMPLETION AND THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. We had planned to give all of my wife's late mother's furniture to the British Heart Foundation, however this was not possible and we ended up having to have it collected ourselves at a huge cost and the furniture was destroyed as we had nowhere to put it. We approached RMJ to ask them to cover the cost of the collection from their £4710.00 fee but they flatly refused. Basically we now have to pay them £4710.00 for not doing a professional job. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleWe used Dallas and the team for our recent move to our dream home. We put our house on the market right before the UK lockdown was announced in March 2020 and so the timing wasn’t ideal however Dallas was regularly in contact, keeping us updated with progress and interest during this period. When things opened back up, viewings began to flow in with feedback being sought pretty quickly. It wasn’t too long before we had an acceptable offer on the table. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the whole process took longer than we would’ve liked however none of this was the fault of R, M & J but they were very supportive throughout and the communication was fantastic, which meant we were aware of everything as things developed. We want to thank Dallas and the team for all of their efforts and professionalism throughout, from Kendall helping with the viewings to Maxine chasing up and down the chain and Dallas for his candour and perseverance. I would thoroughly recommend R, M & J to anyone who’s thinking of moving house (especially the Walderslade branch) as they are professional, courteous, communicative and extremely good value for money.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter three months of patiently waiting with another local estate agent who could not get me decent offer, I approached Andy who visited the property on new years eve. They took photos on 06.01.2021 and it was live on 07.01.2021 and sold to the first buyer for full asking price on 08.01.2021, there was a second buyer too within twenty four hours, but I decided to go with first buyer on the spot. GoogleI had to use RMJ to help me sell my property recently. They all appeared very friendly and approachable. Dallas came out to look at the house in order to value it and provided us with all the relevant information. He was very lovely, understanding and professional. We also had dealings with Maxine, who was updating us constantly on the progress of the sale and answering any questions we had. She was so kind and was reassuring us and supporting us throughout the process. The ladies in the office are all very hard working and respond to calls and emails very quickly. RMJ made the process seem very easy and stress free. I'd recommend to use them if you are buying /selling /renting as they certainly know what they are doing and their customer service is second to none.
