GoogleWhat can I say, Dallas and his team particularly Maxinev were amazing in the most difficult times. Not only did they advise us on the best possible price for our property, but kept our buyers happy for almost a year through covid and loosing a house. Finally we completed and moved at the end of January and can't be more grateful for their constant chasing and updates. Don't be tempted to go with a cheaper option. GoogleOnce again, Andy and his team at RMJ provided us with a very professional and responsive service, putting a number of selected prospective buyers in front of us. This led to two offers on the property we were looking to sell and enabling us to agree a sale to one of these buyers in little more than a week from the property being put on the market. The sale completed in the expected timeframe. The price achieved was in line with the guide price suggested by Andy at the outset. Right from the first viewing all the way though to completion, everyone in the office kept me up-to-date proactively with the various stages of the property purchase. I needed to have a couple of surveys done on the property and the office liaised directly with the surveyors to arrange the times/dates with the vendor. From valuation to completion, I felt as if I was their only client, which is clearly not the case. GoogleRMJ recently sold our property for us. Initially we tried to save a bit of money by using an online agent, total waste of time. Lee and Charlie, who handled our property sale, sold within 5 weeks. Unfortunately COVID19 hit and it all fell through. When they opened again they sold again within 4 weeks and actually had two parties 'fighting' over our house. All proceeded smoothly this time and we are now settled into our new home.
