Following standard practice I spoke to 3 Agents before selecting RMJ. It was the manner and personality of Reece that clinched the deal. He was informative, business-like and enthusiastic. He was confident they could sell our property and they did. On the first two viewings both parties offered and the sale was agreed. Throughout the process Jade and Nicola were both responsive and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. I had the rare experience of being updated by an Estate Agent without having to chase them! Extremely happy with our partnership from start to finish. I highly recommend.

The Gravesend branch of Robinson, Michael and Jackson were always professional in their conduct, I was kept up to date with every step along the way. My house was sold much faster and less hassle-free than I had ever imagined. Although this is a busy agency, there was always the extra personal touch to their phone calls which is such a bonus in the middle of organising and planning and dealing with various authorities when you are moving. I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks Andy, Jo and everybody - from sunny Scotland!

Extremely great service. Impressively and actively pursued the exchange of contracts and kept me updated with events up and down the chain. Also had a very good viewing response to property compared to previously advertised agents. Huge thanks to all including Adam, Sam and Thomas.

Whilst there was a few dramas with this purchase I can honestly say that none were cause by RMJ. Issues were completely out of their control due to other solicitors further up the chain. Very responsive, helpful and polite
