GoogleAll the representatives I've spoken to (Chloe, Abigail, Petra) whilst approaching, being signed up with and using this service for a managed letting have been very helpful. Petra in particular was very attentive and accommodating when dealing with the leadup to my tenants moving in. So far everything has been relatively painless to get my rental property up and running, which has been a weight off of my shoulders.

GoogleI placed my property on the market in June 2020, and was reassured by Reece Cox that all Covid 19 regulations would be followed during viewings. I was lucky enough to find a buyer within a few weeks and we completed on 5th March. The circumstances of my sale were complex (not even the Solicitor had come across this situation before) and at times was stressful. However, I had regular and full support and up-dates from Jo Rossiter. I would like to thank everyone involved in my sale (especially Jo) and would recommend this agent to anyone looking to sell in the future.

GoogleReece Cox and the team were amazing. They guided me through the maze of selling during a lockdown pandemic. Reece Cox calmed me down when i needed it and explained the finer points of house sales very clearly, simply and professionally. As agents they were very responsive and kept the sale moving along. I recommend them very highly.

GoogleMy wife and I had been house hunting for many months unsuccessfully. This was during the stamp duty holiday and the market was crazy . We were viewing properties with all different agents but then decided to stick with Robinson , Michael & Jackson as they seemed to really get what we were looking for that was also within our budget . On our third viewing with RMJ we both agreed we'd found "the one" ! From that point onwards the Team at RMJ were really professional but also friendly so that we felt as relaxed as possible going through the bidding , acceptance and finally completion stage . Massive thanks from Mr & Mrs McDonnell.

GoogleWe needed a letting valuation letter from a local agency. For last 2 weeks, we contacted 5 different agencies including Robinson Michael&Jackson Gravesend. Even though I was in a meeting in the morning they called me, they repeatedly called us to reach. In the afternoon I received another call from Chloe to sort my request out. She actually emailed me the letter without even asking a penny which was surprising and very kind. She sorted my request out within less than a day. She even texted me on WhatsApp to make sure if we received the email or not as I could not confirm that I received the email. i honestly am so happy to meet Robinson & Jackson, I will definitely reach them when I decide to rent out my property in the future. I will surely recommend them to my friends living in the same area. I cannot finish without saying this; Chloe is a great asset for Robinson & Jackson.

GoogleWe opted for RMJ as our first choice estate agent before we even asked for a quote based on experience 10yrs ago and from friends since... and they didn't disappoint. Other agents were salesy, they tried to be too competitive - the ones with the highest sales price or lowest commission, but that wasn't what we wanted. RMJ don't need to do, their sales speak for themselves. You'll rarely get that top price anyway! RMJ are agents that get the job done quickly ... they sell houses and they sell them well. They don't offer you the sales pitch, they don't inflate the price, they give you as it is and that was perfect for us ... we had a stamp duty holiday end date to beat. From quotation to the sale the team were there all the way, particularly Andy, Jade, Lily and Reece. Our first choice house was with RMJ and I wish we could have completed a sale and purchase with them but it wasn't to be. Instead we bought with another agent who barely communicated with us and when they did, they continuously lied to us, but RMJ were there for that too and they gave us help and advice on a sale that wasn't even theirs. Truly professional and outstanding, all round fabulous customer service. The after sales service has been faultless too. Massive thanks to Jo and Nicola. Without them pushing, we would still be waiting. They communicated all the way through and I know they kept our buyers updated too. I have not had one single piece of after sales communication from our purchase agent so know this is testament to just how thorough RMJ are. RMJ will be my first choice for selling and buying if we come to do it again and I'd recommend to everyone to do choose them too.

GoogleWhat a record sale by a formidable team lead by Andy. It was a pleasure to meet Georgia, Jade, Emma, Jo and of course Andy, a very wonderful team always passionate with their assignments. The rapid sale of eight weeks between putting the property in the market and completion could only have been possible with everyone's support for a successful end. Thank you so much guys. I am still pinching myself to check if it was a dream or the whole experience was real!!

GoogleAfter three months of patiently waiting with another local estate agent who could not get me decent offer, I approached Andy who visited the property on new years eve. They took photos on 06.01.2021 and it was live on 07.01.2021 and sold to the first buyer for full asking price on 08.01.2021, there was a second buyer too within twenty four hours, but I decided to go with first buyer on the spot. I highly recommend RBM, they have the knowledge and potential pool of buyers waiting to buy from them. Highly recommended.

GoogleFirst time as a landlord renting out my property whilst I reside in the Netherlands. I needed an agent who took stress out of the whole process as I am not around to oversee it. I am happy to say Chloe and her team tick those boxes and when ever issues / queries arise they are friendly and prompt to reply and find resolutions- exactly the kind of service I need. The whole process as a result has been smoother that I anticipated and meant I can be hands off!

From the start re valuation and the journey in between all has been so stress free and professional. One aspect we particularly valued is communication which has always been very much appreciated. GoogleMy two brothers and I had a very positive experience dealing with Robinson Michael and Jackson. Reece Cox the Assistant Manager answered all our questions on the first day we met him. His confident, honest and realistic advice helped us greatly. He did everything he said he would and acted proactively on our behalf chasing up on matters throughout the sale, and giving us regular and accurate updates. He was polite and considerate throughout as were the other members of staff we had dealings with. Cannot recommend Robinson Michael and Jackson highly enough.
