Googleit has been a relatively easy experience selling through RMJ recently, I found the Rainham office very responsive and good with following up the various parties. Also sold through RMJ in 2016 which was a similar experience, would definitely use them again.

GoogleSale of property during covid and 3 lock downs. Unfortunately lost 2 buyers due to personal circumstances around covid as progress on purchase during this time was slow. Agents were able to immediately find buyers and kept me up to date at each stage. My particular thanks to staff in locating buyers in particular thanks to Charley Germaney who made exhaustive enquiries on my behalf to try and progress matters in these uncertain times. Diligent, diplomatic and professional. All staff should be commended for their efforts.

GoogleI can 100% recommend RMJ, I’ve bought and sold through them now and both times they have been very helpful. They helped massively with chasing solicitors and getting my completion on my purchase sorted even though they weren’t the EA on that. Will definitely use them again if I’m to move in the future :)

GoogleTo anyone looking to rent, the girls at Robson Michael & Jackson were excellent. I can’t name one as we spoke with three separate I think. But every time we did throughout the process it actually felt that they had time for the tenants and not just the landlord.we were really impressed.

GoogleBeen asked to leave a review so OK. Tried to take money from my deposit for things that had literally nothing to do with me, for example, when I moved in, there was a whole load of junk filling up the entire shed so I had no use for the whole tenancy. They then tried to take my money because "I" left the rubbish in there. Then after 5 working days, I hadnt received my deposit back. I was kept being told that it had been requested. Someone finally decided to check it and they had put my bank details in wrong so had to wait another 5 working days to get it. That's just the end of tenancy... I won't go into what I had to go through when I lived there

GoogleWe purchased our property from Robinson Michael and Jackson . We had planned for the property to be let. On the day of the exchange Kelly found us a tennant the next day. The whole experience couldn’t have gone any better and I will definitely be using there services again .

The move happened during lockdown which brought with it some challenges but RMJ handled everything professionally and nothing was too much trouble. We received regular updates and towards completion a stress-free voice on the end of the line was very welcome!! GoogleRecently sold through Robinson Michael and Jackson, they were very professional, took good quality photos and produced a nice video tour. Having previously been on with another agent for 12 weeks, we were very happy when it was sold in less than 2. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleLee Franklin and his team at RM&J in Rainham were professional and proactive both in marketing our house and then following up and chasing throughout the conveyancing process. Our sales negotiator, Charlie Ditch, offered sound advice both in pricing our house and on our offer for the new one, and Lee & colleague Charley Germaney maintained contact with all others involved in the deal and helped drive the process forward. Although everyone always thinks about estate agents selling the property, it became clear how important it is to work with one who does the background work thoroughly; both qualifying potential buyers properly before introducing them (especially in current COVID times when you only want people who are serious and realistic buyers in your home) and following up throughout the legal process once offers have been accepted. RM&J did all of this well, and kept us up-to-date with progress. From first putting our house on the market to moving took a little under 4 months, which - although we had a few moments on the way! - is pretty good for a property chain in England. We're pleased to be in our new house and would like to thank RM&J Rainham for their help in achieving that.

GoogleI recently bought my house through the Rainham branch of RMJ. The service we received was utterly superb! RMJ and in particular Charlie at the Branch were really on the ball, proactive, and no question was too small. Communication throughout was exceptional.They were always polite and helpful, and while we had a difficult sale and purchase for other reasons, Charlie was always available and helped us chase solictiors and get things done. She stood by us all the way. 5 Star all the way!!!
