GoogleWe had a good start when we moved in. Then we had two issues with the property and they haven't been addressed yet. No response to our emails. And this has been the case for more than a month.

We apologise that the maintenance issues raised haven't been rectified as quickly as we'd have liked, I can confirm that the Property Management Team have been chasing the landlord for a resolution. However, unfortunately we cannot authorise or instruct any works without the Landlord's consent. The Property Management Team have and will continue to keep you updated on this - The Lettings Team
