GoogleRecently my family purchased a property with this agent. We found them quite helpful and efficient. The purchase dragged on for a long time, not because of their fault. However, we would have felt happier if someone had been in touch with us on a regular basis.

We tried to keep your family updated, this was mainly on email as they could not answer calls due to the nature of their job. We often did not receive a reply to our updates on email. GoogleRyan at RMJ was very well prepared for our valuation, with a pack of data, professional and non judgmental . Our house was priced at a high but fair price. We also bought a new house from RMJ thanks to Emma and Lee who supported us with it. Finally to wrap things up Charley was always on hand. And Isabella the most cheerful to congratulate us on our move!

GoogleRobinson, Michael & Jackson recently sold my house in Gillingham. The open day was on the Saturday & by the Monday it was sold ! There was no doubt that I was staggered at how quickly they got it sold, they were also quick to get the photos done, make it live on Right Move & also be available for any enquiries that I had. They are extremely professional, fair in price with their fees & they took the stress out of it all for me, by having the experience, expertise & dealing with everything in my behalf. To make it as stress free as positive. They actually managed to turn it into a positive experience for me, when im a natural born worrier, they were at hand to offer advice. Extremely pleased with the service, I would not recommend any other estate agent to use than this one, they are trust worthy, honest, professional & friendly. Ryan the sales negotiator has been the person who did my photos, helped me with enquiries. He is great, he has knowledge, experience, he is friendly & has a cant do enough attitude.

Their response was prompt and it is unexpectedly quick to find potential tenants to rent my place. They lay out from time to time what documents are needed in order to keep things going. GoogleWe were buying through RM&J and the help and communication they gave us was second to none. Especially Charley, she was fantastic and went over and above to ensure the chain kept moving and also was fantastic at steadying a few nerves as the process neared exchange! House moving will never be stress free, but communication is key and we were never kept waiting and all calls were returned as promised.

GoogleI first encountered Robinson, Michael, Jackson when viewing a property they were selling. This didn't quite work out and we ended up purchasing a buy to let via another Estate Agent. Throughout what felt was an eternity, the Rainham Branch kept in touch during this time just to check in and see how the purchase was going. I'm sure we ended up speaking with everyone on the team who were always lovely. When the sale eventually completed, Kelly visited, provided us with some figures for the let and off we went. Every time we rang the branch to speak with the team about it, whether it be Ellie, Libby, Nikki or Kelly that we spoke too, they all knew the relevant information or update on our let with Stacey sorting the final completion. I can honestly say that they made this whole process so much easier and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in our situation. Great team.

We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the complete service, no sooner had we received confirmation from the recommended solicitors (who were pleasantly competitive on cost) we had an open day event booked, well attended and successfully provided us with 4 offers! Refreshing to find a professional organisation that not only sounds and looks good but actually gives good service.

GoogleExcellent service My journey started off by contacting Kelly for some advice some time ago. She kept in touch so when I needed help with my property she was the first person I called. The whole team have made the journey seamless and pleasant, Kelly with all the expert knowledge and Ellie finding a perfect Tenant for my property. Stacey then has arranged everything and made sure all documents are up to date. On my part the renovation was challenging, the ladies were fully supportive during the process.

GoogleI had a great experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson. They were managing the property I was purchasing, and not only did they provide regular updates - from the point of making the offer right through to completion on the property - they were also incredibly reassuring throughout a particularly stressful period in the weeks leading up to exchange and completion. With the estate agent I was selling my own property through providing very little assistance and solicitors also delaying things, I felt the team at Robinson Michael & Jackson (especially Lee) were 100% committee to getting my sale through and providing advice throughout the process. I'd have no hesitation recommending them or using them again in future.
