GoogleI recently dealt with the Rainham office to sell a property on behalf of my mum. From the beginning I received regular support and this remained the case throughout the process. We had a few hiccups with a few different buyers dropping out. These things happen but Lee, Charley and the rest of the team were proactive throughout and keep the lines of communication up at all times. We completed today after a complicated sale and I couldn’t have done it without the team!

GoogleAfter an awful experience with another estate agency, we are still a bit of apprehensive with this estate agency. The letting team found me a tenant with in few days which we were impressed, the letting team works really professional. Hopefully this estate agency is the one I can trust.
Its always hard to know who you can and cannot trust with your investment property. We always encourage clients to do their research on agents and Google reviews are a big part of that, so thank you for leaving this for us. We have you a tenant already, once we have shown you that you can trust us with the management, we would ask if you can up the review to 5 stars. Many thanks Kelly and the lettings team

GoogleAbsolutely awful company to be using for Lettings. The Lettings department is definitely one the worst I’ve dealt with whilst renting and I can say my partner and I are blessed that we didn’t fully take the property on. Lies after lies and the lack of communication between them, us and homelet during referencing. The fact that Homelet was still doing our referencing after these idiots decided to move onto the next tenants speaks volumes. We had to inform Homelet that we weren’t going forward with the property any further 😂 oh and don’t get me started about the lies revolving getting our holding deposit back… not again and please don’t go for this company if you don’t want to be scammed.
Thats such a shame that you feel this way when all we wanted to do was help. Unfortunately this let didn't work out for reasons out of our control and we are sorry for that. We cannot agree with some of what you have stated but we wish you all the best finding a property. Kelly and the lettings team
