GoogleGreat service - I have nothing but praise for the way that the staff at RMJ have dealt with the sale of our property. We bought our house through them and knew they were the right people to help us move on to our next home. Every part of the process was made as easy as possible by the team. From the initial valuation, drafting the particulars all the way through to a often times stressful exchange, the team have been nothing but kind, professional and diligent in their work. I could not recommend them highly enough and if I was to ever sell a property in the Medway area again, RMJ would be my only choice. To the team in Rainham - thank you once again for everything you did to get the move over the line!

Stacey at their Rainham branch sorted out all the documents needed for the tenant & the whole process was smooth & easy. So far I would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional with the service provides, they keep me updated when there was going to be any delays, which was very good of them. They checked up regularly to make sure that everything was still on track which was very good, this make me feel confident that i will be kept updated without call them. GoogleWe used RMJ to sell our house on this occasion as they helped us when we moved to our current address even though they wasn’t our estate agent at the time but done a fantastic job that our agent failed to do. So when we decided to sell this time RMJ came and gave us the valuation they got it spot on and have been brilliant through out our sale and keeping us up to date on the forward purchase we would definitely recommend RMJ well done.

GoogleWe were in the market for a semi-detached property and over the summer things were not looking great! We had viewed a couple of properties listed by Robinson Michael & Jackson but were unsuccessful with offers. When we least expected it RM&J came through for us and found us our first home, which we successfully purchased after a relatively straight forward conveyancing process. RM&J were friendly, obliging and more than approachable with any queries we had and we appreciate the service that we received from them.

GoogleA game of two halves. On the sales side, we had a sluggish start with a trickle of viewings. We agreed to reduce the price and we sold at the new asking price. The separate post sale "chivvying" team proved tenacious and persistent. Inching us towards completion against a background of complications including conveyancer stubborness over a complication in the deed transfer, a death (of the vendor on whose behalf we administered the sale) and further problems getting past the aforementioned complication. A wild ride in our experience, we recommend because of the chivvying, post sales team.

GoogleI highly recommend Robinson Micheal and Jackson. I sold my late Mums property that was going to probate so this was a difficult time. Everything ran very smoothly though out the sale and managed to get a very good sale very quickly. Andy and Tammy communicated very well and explained everything and kept me informed on what was happening. I didn’t need to be there which was very helpful. I used the Solictor which they work closely with (cook Taylor and Woodhouse) and they we also very good. I think this helped is all run smoothly. All in all, I was very happy with the professional service I received. .

GoogleRobinson Michael Jackson Gravesend were very helpful from the very start of the process, helping me put my house up for sale quickly to finalising and getting my house sold. All the staff at the office from the sales negotiators to the mortgage advisor and to the Branch Manager offered me ‘A class’ service and communication helping me find a committed buyer. It was also through the help of the branch that I was able to secure my onward purchase through one of there other branches who again reflected the same level of professionalism, dedication and communication to help me secure my new property. I want to especially highlight Andy, Ben and Tammy at the Gravesend branch who have been there from the start of the journey and to the end helping keep the chain together and keeping me motivated along the way to stay the course despite the ups and downs. I would definitely recommend Robinson Michael Jackson to any prospective buyer or seller as they definitely know what they are doing where you can actually sit back and let them work their magic without having to be the one chasing everyone. 🙂
