I can not praise Jody Collins at Robinson Michael Jackson Maidstone enough. This estate agents were actually acting on behalf of the owners of the house I purchased, but Jody still went above and beyond to keep me updated on everything and was always professional, polite and considerate, an absolute star. I would definitely recommend this estate agents.

Over the moon with our experience with RMJ Gravesend. The process was quick and ran fairly smoothly from the first initial meeting with Lily , finding the perfect buyer and then the sales progression with Tammy. I can’t fault anything, we were always kept up to date from Tammy the sales progressor and nothing was ever too much trouble so thank you so much. I would not hesitate to use RMJ again and would recommend them when it comes to selling.

From the very beginning the sale of our property was excelled with the experience and knowledge of Robinson Michael and Jackson Gravesend. They matched us with potential buyers quickly and moved our property from selling to sold in a short period of time. Tammy worked tirelessly to keep our sale progressing within a long chain. She chased solicitors and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. She was great at answering any questions we had and always liaised promptly within the chain. Thank you

Very Professional and kept us well informed

What l liked about these agents were that they are very straight forward to use and upfront. They answer the phone promptly and will call you back if a member of staff is not available. I used the Strood Branch when we put our property on the market in September and within a couple of weeks we had a buyer. We had moved to the West Country in early September and did want someone local to keep an eye on our property which they did at no extra charge while the conveyance was progressing. Michelle was good giving up regular reports as to the process from both sites of the transaction until exchange and completion on 19th December. Thank you for your assistance and professional service to us, we were very grateful.
