GoogleAbsolutely amazing service with smiles all round! Made myself and my boyfriend feel very comfortable considering we were new to the renting lifestyle. They have been amazing at answering any issues that I’ve had and have always got back in touch with me to check in. GoogleThe team were really helpful with helping me understand how the process works. For a first time buyer you can imagine how stressful the first time can be, however. TJ was amazing with his communication and always kept me in the loop / up to date with any changes in the move. GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through RMJ, and the team at the Gravesend branch throughout the whole process were excellent. They aided with the sale and kept us informed throughout the process and answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently, to keep the sale moving. Even with various setbacks the team at RMJ kept us at ease and eventually we managed to get the chai complete and moved to our satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend using RMJ if you are looking to move in the Gravesend area. Very knowledgeable and a great team at the branch to work with. Always available and and friendly staff. Made the process as stress free as possible.

GoogleMy experience with RMJ was great! Everything including viewing, referencing, and contract signing etc was wrapped up within 5 days and I moved in by the 11th day! I never had to wait on phone lines and their email responses are extremely quick. Special thanks to Ellie Eccleston and Hollie Spinks! Most of my favourite properties during my search was let by them so I’d recommend them to anyone!

GoogleThe whole lettings process was very smooth, from arranging the viewing with Hollie over the phone to using the portal for the required documents. Ella, Stacey and Ellie were very helpful with all the question I had from the various phone call we had. Right up on till I attended the office to sigh and collect the keys to the property. I’m very happy with the service I have received from the Gravesend office they have been very polite and helpful. The property is great so thanks again.

Regrettably, the service we received from RJ Eltham was a bit of a mixed bag. Prior to listing, Danielle was excellent in talking through our options, had a pricing strategy which made sense and happily rearranged photography at short notice. After listing however the 'sale' part of RJ's service went sharply downhill. We ended up conducting the vast majority of viewings ourselves because RJ couldn't send an agent out to do them. While the market was a little tricky when we sold, we still felt we were pressured heavily to accept a substandard offer - I suppose this is the downside however of a fixed fee arrangement. Once we did receive and verbally accept an offer closer to what we were looking for, we received a formal letter from the branch saying 'on your instructions, we have rejected this offer'. It was not much fun having to ring the branch and be told that this was an admin error. If I hadn't seen the email so quickly I worry that RJ may have erroneously rejected the offer, and we may have lost our ultimate buyer. Our sale was then passed to the completions team, who I have to say were absolutely brilliant throughout. It's not the easiest of jobs when you're having to juggle questions from the vendor, the buyer and their respective solicitors, but Lauren and Sam did this really well and it was reassuring to know that they were constantly chasing to get the sale over the line as soon as possible. RJ clearly has some talented professionals working for them (Danielle, Theo, Lauren, Sam), but the service and professional standard between onboarding clients and acceptance of offers could definitely be improved.

RJ find our tenants and manage our flat. We receive regular updates and bi- annual photos of the flat. Our tenants have always been happy, kept the flat in good order and paid their rent in full and on time. Any issues are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner by RJ. I would highly recommend them as agents.
