Fantasic job Sam & Ennis. Two properties under offer within 48 hours of going on the market with tenants moving in 7 days later. Kept up to date at all times, a couple of very smooth transactions again from RMJ Lettings team - Shout out to Stacey too for progressing these at speed - Thanks all you you an awesome job once again.

I've been extremely delighted with the service from Robinson Michael & Jackson Maidstone branch for their professionalism and support during my search to rent a property. The entire process from viewing to paperwork processing was seamless. Special mention goes to Sam Wood for his patience and always having a smile on his face. Sam was constantly updating me with progress of things and he was incredibly responsive to my queries. And Ennis Richards who was timely with information. Thanks to all the team for making the entire experience stress free. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. You're the best and will use you again. Thank you!

Could not recommend the team at the Blackfen & Eltham branch enough. From start to finish they have been great - it has not been a straightforward sale/purchase but the team made it a lot easier providing support and pushing things along as best they can! Will 100% be recommending to friends and family! Thank you in particular to Sam and Lauren in the progressing team!

Nina at Robinson Michael & Jackson Estate agents was simply marvellous. Working hard to keep everyone informed and up-to-date and chasing for replies. Very honest and hard working. Although not my estate agent I still wanted to leave this review because she went beyond any estate agent I have used in the past. Thank you Nina

As a portfolio landlord, it's important that we find reliable, professional and keen letting agents. For the last year, we have been using RMJ Rainham for our lettings services. Initially, we met with Kelly who we were able to discuss our needs and requirements with. Kelly gave us a lot of confidence that RMJ would be the perfect fit for us. This has been fulfilled at every tenancy, along each stage and expectations have been exceeded. Kelly ensures that any problems are dealt with promptly and is on hand to answer any questions or give advice where needed. Ellie conducts all of our viewings in an exceptional manner, ensuring that the correct tenants for the property are found. She asks the right questions and ensures that a great relationship with tenants is formed whilst ensuring that our expectations and requirements are met. She goes above and beyond to provide a great service. The team at RMJ Rainham are a credit to the company. Always on hand and able to get in contact with whilst providing a professional, friendly and reliable service. We look forward to continuing to work with them going forwards and would recommend them to any landlords seeking letting services. Raywood Homes.
