TrustpilotSOLD!
Had to sell my mother's property to pay for her care home fees so essential that we sold as quickly as possible. The Bexleyheath Branch were acutely aware of this and did everything they could to get us the right asking price for the property while dealing with over 32 plus viewings! Property is now sold! Would like to thank Neil, Marcus, Corrie, Margaret and Andrea - we couldn't have done it without you all! Would highly recommend their services!

GoogleHad a great service from Kiran, she was lovely on all viewing we have had! Allowed us to squeeze in another viewing on a day when we only had one! Would recommend having her as an estate agent if you can!
Thank you Jessica it’s much appreciated

GoogleThe customer service I have received from Ellie has been amazing. Ellie listened to exactly what I asked for in a property and we put an offer in on the 1st property we viewed with her! My experience with this company has been lovely.

TrustpilotLettings team at Welling very poor
Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

TrustpilotAngela and Claire the Dream Team
We want to say an, extreme thank you to Angela and Claire and the team for their amazing work in the sale of our house, from inception right through the process and communication was spot on, our house took almost a year to sell, due to the constant change in interest rates impacting buyers they stuck with us during which was a very frustrating time. The best news of all was the phone call from Angela to say congratulations on our Sale.. I do not hesitate recommended them and a big round of applause to both Angela and Claire we cannot thank you enoughSimon & Cheryl xxx

GoogleThe estate agent (Jody) dealing with the purchase of our very first property has made the process smooth and efficient. Anything we did not quite understand due to being first time buyers she was able to answer promptly via email or telephone, she was patient and always approached us in a pleasant manner. We appreciate all your help and cannot wait to receive the keys to our home! Thank you so much. Amy & Sergiu

GoogleVery stressful experience for us all in all. However Jody C and RMJ were crucial to getting us over the finishing line. Without her I'm not sure we would have completed. Would highly recommend, and if you're lucky enough to get Jody on your case then you've struck gold. Thanks again Jody you're the best!

GoogleIn one word glorious. This is the second time we've rented with RMJ and they didn't disappoint. Libby did a wonderful job and was quick with communication and more than helpful with everything. We were let down (by landlords) on the first 2 houses. They were sympathetic with our frustration and remembered everything we needed. Shortly after a phone call to check in about a third property Ellie suggested something new if we wanted a look round before it officially went on the market. It ticked all the boxes and had a wonderful atmosphere. Ellie booked us in for a viewing that day! And within an hour had a call back to say it was full steam ahead and we were on the road to getting our beautiful home. In summary Libby and Ellie were friendly, positive and went above and beyond to help. Communication was quick and reassuring and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else if we have to rent (or buy!) again. Thankyou Ladies you've made me and hubby very happy!
Hi Terri, thank you for the lovely revew. Im so pleased both Ellie & Libby could help you in finding a lovey new home. We wish you all the best and hope you settle in nicely :) Kelly & the Lettings team.

GoogleCannot thank the team at Robinson, Michael & Jackson Gravesend branch enough. From our valuation to completion, they have been so transparent, honest and realistic throughout - keeping us up-to-date the whole way through. The whole team were incredibly efficient, had our house sold quickly and every team member in branch knew what was going on at every step to provide quick and thorough updates resulting in a virtually stress free sale. The only downside was that we were moving out of area and so we’re unable to purchase through them for our onward. Worth every penny. Thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Ellie for you kind comments. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Enjoy your new home.
