GoogleFrom start to finish Nikki, Kelly and Ellie have be fantastic from viewing to the support of referencing and handover of our new home. Our family are very grateful in one of the most stressful times in life of moving and all of the team made it so much easier.

GoogleReally excellent and rapid service in finding a tenant at the right price. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. The "Open House" number of viewings exceeded our expectations as did the number of offers received. The pace of events was hectic and sometimes it was difficult to keep track of who wanted what information. The Portal gave us some problems and it would have been better to have have had a "tutorial" if this could be possible. Also, we would prefer to see one-off and recurring fees to be shown separately for the sake of clarity. Full marks also for putting us in touch with EcoPro who cleared our house contents swiftly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Would we use Robinson Michael & Jackson again? Most definitely! GoogleWe have been delighted with the level of effort that TJ and his team at Maidstone have put into selling our flat. The sales market in Maidstone for flats is tough at the moment but the whole team have been especially proactive in their sales approach. Always responding to our enquiries promptly and going over and above our expectations. We will definitely be happy to recommend them to others in the future.

GoogleLily comes to your house and promises the world and then doesn't deliver. There are some staff here who are good at what they do but through the whole process due diligence wasn't followed, often we the paying customer had to chase up forms and contracts required as they did not. They need to keep being chased as after the sold sign goes up that is not the end of the sale and do not communicate with their other branches! If I could have paid them what they were worth rather than the amount required it would have been half what was paid, as value did not match service received

It was also very disappointing that 2 buyers withdrew from the purchase of your house but we did manage to progress the 3rd buyer from start to finish in 7 weeks at the same price as the original sale which we thought you were satisfied with. GoogleThe experience with RMJ was very positive. They are not your average estate agents…their approach is more efficient, responsive and proactive, any problems are quickly resolved. The conveyancing process was quite smooth, although it took longer than expected. (That’s the legal process for you though!) Thank you to the team at Gravesend for your input with my recent home purchase. Recommended.

GoogleRMJ were extremely professional from start to finish, communication was very good and most importantly they have been transparent and managed our expectations well. Chloe, Ellie and Stacey from the Gravesend office were helpful and thorough in everything they did. Our house was on the market for two days, we had three viewing and had two offers at asking price. We are pleased with the service they provided and would strongly recommend this company. 5 Star Service
