GoogleI purchased my property through Robinson Michael and Jackson Rainham. I found all their staff very helpful warm and welcoming. There was so much I didn't understand or wasn't sure about and they guided me through the entire process. Even now the process is completed I still find myself contacting them when I get stuck and they are always more than happy to help. If you are thinking about Selling, Buying, Letting or Renting please please please contact the team. If I ever purchase or sell my property 100% it'll be through RMJ Rainham. Thank you. Linx

Ellie gave great professional advice and went over and beyond to provide assistance. She was in constant contact to ensure that I was fine as it was not a straightforward situation. Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient. Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property. The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price. I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for. Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

GoogleI'm sure I'm not alone when I say that dealing with some estate agents can be very frustrating. Not only when you are a seller, but also when you are a purchaser. And so I find dealing with Robinson Michael and Jackson a refreshing experience. I've recently completed a purchase through them, and I've been made to feel like a valued customer at all times. I've been informed of developments regularly. And they've been very good at keeping my solicitors informed also. There isn't a doubt in my mind that I would use them to sell a property should that ever be necessary. They are very good. And I say this as someone who has bought and sold dozens of properties over a long life time. If you're looking for professional service from courteous people then this is the agent to choose.
