GoogleI have recently completed the letting of my flat and have received excellent service from the team. Of particular note, I would like to thank Ellie Eccleston who carried out the initial valuation and has been a great contact. I would also like to mention Ella Smith from the Gravesend branch. Both Ella and Ellie have always responded quickly to any queries I have. Lastly, I would to thank Libby Welch, the lettings admininstrator from the Maidstone branch. She made the completion seemless.

GoogleWe have bought a property with them and from the day of our search till getting the keys the whole team is fantastic. To start with Tammy, gave us all the details when we started the search and helped to fix appointments and viewing. Later Lily took us through the whole process of offer negotiations and getting us the deal. Followed by Ben who was best to provide the mortgage deal and secure the best rates possible. Last but not the least is Jo. I have royally pestered her with the calls and face to face meetings to check with the progress. And she has always handled calmly and updated us with the going process stepwise. Sorry if I have forgotten any other members, but everyone there are awesome 🤩
Thankyou so much for your lovely words Prashant, we are so pleased to have been able to assist you and your family in finding your forever home. We wish you all the happiness in your new house - The RMJ Gravesend Team
