GoogleAdam was great for letting us into the property to take all the measurements we needed. He was friendly and reassured us we could take as long as we needed for all the measurements. Adam let us go wherever we wanted within the property, and praised us for being prepared for our viewing/measurement taking.

GoogleHighly recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson in Rainham to anyone looking to buy or sell property. We needed to sell our late mum’s mobile home, and although we had heard that these types of properties can take longer to sell. However thanks to Ryan’s dedication and excellent communication, the sale was completed in about three months. Ryan kept us informed at every stage and made the process completely stress-free. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Robinson Michael & Jackson Rainham, and we especially want to thank Ryan for all his help. Great job!

With his excellent team, they quickly secured us tenants and took care of the property management with ease - a bonus for us as we were living abroad. In addition, at the end of the tenancy we had decided to sell up and the Reside team worked with the selling agent to facilitate viewings and access. We wouldn’t have had such a smooth sale process without them.

GoogleWe have used about three letting Agents over the last 40 or so years. Usually they were mediocre to poor. Then we were recommended to try Reside. We honestly have never looked back since. We are getting on a bit and the worry was awful. Now we almost forget we have the property because any problems that occur, which of course happens fairly regularly, they just get on with it. We feel we are in very safe hands and we honestly cannot praise them enough.

GoogleI never thought I'd find myself leaving a 5 star review for a lettings agent but wow, Reside are absolutely on a different level to anything I've ever experienced over the last 10 years. We rented via Reside from 2022 to 2024, and have had a such a refreshingly positive experience from start to finish. The team genuinely care, and treat their tenants with empathy and professionalism. There was only one mishap in 2 years, whereby an engineer entered our property without our permission due to a miscommunication. Reside could not have been more apologetic and actually donated £100 to a charity of our choice as an apology. Even more importantly they made changes to their internal processes to ensure this mistake never happened ever again, which worked perfectly for the rest of our tenancy. This is an example showing how much this team genuinely cares about doing the right thing. We actually went on to purchase our flat from our landlord, and Reside stepped in as the agent to manage the sale. Here I must acknowledge Toby from Reside, who managed communications between ourselves and the sellers extremely efficiently and professionally. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially when things got a little tricky with some negotiation points later down the line. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reside to anyone looking for a new home in Bath. Hands down the best experience I have had in 10 years of renting, worlds apart from anything I've experienced before. You will not regret choosing to rent via Reside.
