L&L have a house to sell. Phoned last week, Robinson Michael & Jackson as we have contacted them in the past and the reviews were good. Nikki was helpful on the phone. People were out, but Andy phoned, 30th Aug. Showed no interest in what I was telling him. "We are very busy", OK. He could "fit me in" in passing Wed 4th. Said I'd phone back, thinking "Never". But I did phone back on Wed. Spoke to another person who said Friday 6th was out but "perhaps" Sat 7th was possible. I said Wed 11th? Ah than depend on a Mr X and a Mrs Y calling him back. OK - he'd email me when it was clear. He never did. Politer, but no interest. Well - L&L has no interest either.

Tammy worked relentlessly to complete our sales even with a chain. She kept us updated all through the sales. Very good in chasing those solicitors

Lillie Chantry has helped alot during the process of looking for houses, as first time buyers we’re not always sure what we are looking for but Lilly made this process easier by supporting us and being honest. Lilly went above and beyond in taking us around, providing us with possible ideas and pointing out things that may need a freshen up. I had wonderful experience with the team during our letting process. Ella, Ellie and Libby were exceptional, kind and very patient and this made the cumbersome process go by smoothly for me. I always spoke with a male member of the team(can’t remember his name) on the phone as well and he always provided accurate information, it was always excellent customer service with him. I think they have a fun and excellent team. ✌🏾😀
