We contacted Robinson & Jackson (Swanley) in the middle of 2023, and initially spoke with Michelle. We explained that we were not able to put the property up for sale immediately and made it clear it would take some considerable time before we were able to proceed, this was not an issue, and a valuation was provided following a short appointment. Once we were in a position to put the property up for sale, we refreshed our marketing options and chose Robinson & Jackson based upon the numerous positive reviews, local knowledge, value for money and previous sale statistics. On instruction to proceed, Michelle and the team got to work with arranging the EPC documentation along with the proposed marketing advertisement, which were sent to us for comment/ approval prior to being published. As soon as the property was put up for sale, we have been provided with regular updates along with advice to improve the sale process, all of which have been greatly received and invaluable in ensuring the sale goes as smoothly as is possible. Overall, we and have been really pleased with the way in which the sale process has been managed and would have no reservations in using Robinson & Jackson to manage any future property sales.

Thank you to both Linley - The Old Coach House & Rob - Doveney Close, for booking me in & showing me round the respective properties. Both were very helpful and able to answer my questions about the properties and have continued with their assistance during what has been a very hectic time. I would definitely recommend the team from Robinson Jackson when viewing properties. I can’t thank you enough for your understanding and help at this time.

Effective, friendly and well coordinated team at Robinson Jackson Orpington. Good discussion about pricing strategies to sell my flat. Came to the right decisions with me as a team effort. Commission reasonable and also bear in mind Robinson Jackson are owned by a charitable trust so profits distributed by the Robinson Jackson business will go to that charity. Many thanks Robinson Jackson team.

Robinson Jackson were fantastic estate agents! They were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me, even when they didn't have to. They were so helpful, and considerate and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch service!

Our dealings with Robinson Jackson concerned buying a property that they were the agents for so they were rather limited. However from my initial call to request a viewing, the speed and manner they dealt with my offer was first class. Within a couple of hours from submitting the offer we had confirmation that it was accepted. On calling into their office in Orpington to introduce ourselves we found the staff, particularly Steve very easy going, polite and a pleasure to deal with. They were also always on the end of a phone or email to answer any queries we had. So thank you. You helped make one part of moving house just a little less stressful John and Sandra

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by George, Charlie, Sharon & Amanda at Robinson Jackson, Belvedere branch! They helped us to sell our flat as well as the purchase of our 'forever home': completion within 5 months of accepting an offer to the sale of our flat and of us making an offer on our purchase. Key factors which made us choose them: Friendly, Honest, Dedicated & Great Communication (always get a quick reply & queries answered both by telephone calls & emails) Helpful: have good contacts for potential buyers, vetted viewers so we don't have time wasters. Open for business 7 days a week. We also went with their recommended Solicitor, Abby Smith at 'Cook-Taylor Woodhouse'. (See separate reviews for solicitors) For the quality of service - I highly recommend anyone reading this to put your trust in George Bontoft & his team to sell/buy your property. Both estate agents's and solicitor's fees were very reasonable. We have already recommended them to our (now ex-) neighbours - who have now put their flat on the market with Robinson Jackson, Belvedere branch. Good luck and best wishes to George and the amazing team he has! We hope you will be no.1 top Estate agents for a very long time, as it's well deserved!

The team were brilliant: keeping me updated, and well inform. They were actually better than my conveyancing lawyers. George Bontoft is the real star for me. He knew what I wanted & delivered. Better sale price than 4 other competitors. I highly recomend this branch.
