GoogleThe whole team at Robinson Jackson have been great from start to finish for all aspects of my sale. They have been really friendly and helpful throughout the process and are always quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to sell in their area.

GoogleThe worst experience we’ve had as buyers with any agents in London. The branch manager is rude and pushy, they are uncommunicative (never pick up the phone, which goes automatically to voice mail), and it very much felt as if the process was anything but transparent. Our offer was formally accepted, but we were then gazumped and not given the chance to match the offer or find any way forward. These things happen, but there is a human side to buying a property and Robinson Jackson certainly did not show theirs. It is quite telling how different their approach is with sellers, based on reviews. A rather short-sighted approach given buyers in the area will inevitably become sellers - and we will not use or recommend them based on our experience.

Dear Valentine Thank you for taking the time to review our service. To clarify, I am the branch owner and we have never spoken before. I have had a look at the file. We had multiple offers on the property and the owner decided to proceed with a cash buyer that was at a higher amount than your offer. You were informed that there was another offer on the table. We are duty bound to put all offers forward to sellers and we take all obligations seriously. We have been transparent with you and you were completely aware of the situation. Having looked at the file we communicated with you fully and kept you up to date on the situation both by phone and email, responding to you in less than 30 minutes on each occasion you requested it. I am sorry that you found us pushy, you wanted answers within a certain amount of time and you had an offer on another property too. The seller also wanted to know the situation and wanted to act within a certain timescale. We can only let you know the situation. You were aware there were multiple offers on the property and a decision was being made. We had to be clear to give you every opportunity. We do not give buyers a different service and our repeat business is testament to this. The reviews we receive are not just from sellers, they are from buyers too. We pride ourselves on our service and we take all feedback seriously. We do appreciate that it is never nice to be unsuccessful in an offer and we are sorry it did not work out for you on this occasion. We had to take the sellers instructions. We have tried to call you to discuss the matter personally, but to no avail. We have also emailed you a full breakdown of the situation with dates and times for full clarity. We wish you the best with the other property you are proceeding with and we are sorry you were not successful in securing the property we were selling. Rob Wright Owner Partner
