They are the leading agent in our area and have great expertise in the location and so it made sense to use RJ - they were great, flexible friendly and helpful. their guidance was professional and always courteous. The after sales team were very helpful on moving things along. All in all i cannot offer a single criticism for the service they provided.

GoogleI bought a house in Bexley-Greater London in March 2024. Robinson Jackson Estate Agent was the one who helped in the successful outcome of this purchase. Charly and Andrea ,who both worked for this Estate Agents , were very efficient and quick in dealing with various issues. The team were so helpful, friendly and attentive throughout the process - which was smooth and thankfully, stress free! A special mention to Jareau, who we met at our first viewing and who was brilliant and super accommodating, and Margaret, from the Sales Progression team, who kept things moving at pace and was always on hand to answer questions. After meeting Kevin during the valuation process, I instantly felt confident that they would provide an excellent service. I must say though, they exceeded my already high expectations and I’m quite honestly blown away with the service I’ve received. From the outset, from valuation, to marketing, to viewings and, finally, sales progression, they were diligent, professional and helpful throughout. Their efficiency and expertise really is second to none. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. GoogleA really great experience selling my house through Robinson Jackson. Jareau pulled out all the stops and was extremely professional throughout, with timely and accurate advice. Margaret and Andrea in their role as the sale progression team were also notable in the dealings. They coped very well with some hiccups we encountered, which were outside their control. This all led to a very successful outcome and I was more than happy to sell my house through this company and would unquestionably use them again.

GoogleExcellent service. Simon and Byron were a great support aat the start of the process ( there were problems) giving practical advice on how to proceed. Once we had a buyer Sapphire got things moving, intervening on my behalf with solicitors when things seemed to be going round in circles. Also explaining progress and apparent holdups. Very good supportive service. Very pleased we've exchanged contracts and waiting for completion day

We had a particular set of requirements for the house sale/move of our relatives who have complex care needs and Robinson Jackson Sydenham were there to help on every front! GoogleRobinson Jackson have great local knowledge, provided a professional and friendly service, and were the least expensive local agent to boot. They were always responsive, and I felt like they genuinely cared about providing a top service as a matter of professional pride. Their advice was spot on and they marketed the house really well. When the buyer was slow and a bit flaky towards the end they were super on it and kept me updated. They went above and beyond, even going out to the house for me when the date for completion came round suddenly and I wasn't able to get there to do the final meter readings! Thoroughly recommend them, this is the second time I've used them and have had the same great service both times.
