GoogleBen and Lee were absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. The communications was outstanding. I always knew where i was in the process and they were always helpful and provided guidance when required. This was always done in a professional but warm and courteous manner. Excellent service!

GoogleIt is an agency to avoid . They tried to push you to buy faulty houses in a fast way.. They couldn't wait me to do the full structural survey, telling me to buy the house . Once survey has been done , 60k damage comes up .. Avoid them and the solicitors they are trying to raccomand. Very, very bad management.

GoogleMy experience with Robinson-Jackson has been great from start to finish. Ivan showed me round a couple of properties at short notice. Spencer notified me of new properties which had just come on the market, and subsequently negotiated my offer with the seller. Hazel and Adele kept on top of the solicitors, and helped progress the sale to completion. The day I collected the keys, I spoke to Stuart about letting the property. He wasted no time in coming to carry out a valuation, and putting it straight on the lettings market. His colleague Connor let the place out in about a week to an ideal couple, and achieved the full asking price. Then finally, Libby ensured that I had everything in place for the tenants move-in date, and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I will definitely make Robinson-Jackson my first call next time I’m looking for a tenant, or if I decide to sell at some future date.

GoogleVery bad experience as a tenant. They asked for a pay increase of 37.5% after our two year contract ended forcing us to move out. On the six month scheduled visits to inspect the property they have been taking photos of our private space including our belongings without authorisation. The deposit protection scheme is a scam as they are holding the deposit under a sister company so you don’t win even if you challenge the charges that are drying to deduct some nice they are the same people deciding . We do lot recommend this agency to anyone. Very bad experience.

Hi Nikolas, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, we have no way of controlling the landlords wishes to increase the rent every year. We can however, inform them of the rental values in the area, which we did. Also, in regards to the property inspection, all tenants are asked if they consent to pictures being taken and is also mentioned in the appointment confirmation email, that is sent out before the appointment is physically carried out. In regards to your deposit, we legally give tenants their unique TDS certificate, to prove the five week security deposit has been registered under a government scheme. Each certificate has a unique reference number which can be checked on the TDS website to ensure the reference number is legitimate. At the stage of dispute, we presented deductions that were to be made, and they were approved by yourself. Again, tenants have rights to take the disputes further to the TDS dispute scheme if they are not happy with the deductions that have been suggested. We wish all the best in the future. GoogleMy wife and I have just bought our house and simultaneously sold our share of a shared ownership flat with Robinson Jackson Sydenham. Many thanks to Simon and Byron who were really proactive in helping us find our new place but also in finding a buyer for our shared ownership % (which has certain specific income requirements to be eligible for). Saphire then did an amazing job over a number of months as progress was slow (entirely down to our housing association). We got there eventually, and we're really grateful for her regular updates, assistance, and guidance through the process. Would happily recommend the RJ Sydenham team to anyone looking to buy or sell locally.
