GoogleI bought my first flat 5 years ago with Robinson Jackson Plumstead as the agent and when it came to sell i came straight to them. Spencer, Ivan and the team got my flat sold very quickly, always keeping me informed. After that I was dealing with Adele and Hazel who saw the sale through to completion. Towards the end the sale looked like it might be running into trouble. Adele and Hazel worked above and beyond dealing with the entire chain. It was an extremely stressful time and both were always calm, organised, professional and 100% committed to getting to the finish line. I'm really grateful for all their hard work and for being so reassuring during a time when i genuinely didn't know what was going to happen.
John thanks so much for the kind words about the team and I am thankful that you came back to us. Such a lovely flat , the result was never in doubt. Best wishes from us all at Robinson Jackson Plumstead. Kind regards, Spencer

GoogleI was previously registered with another estate agent for 3 months at which point I changed to Robinson Jackson. Once they took over, they hit the ground running, booking in a number of viewings within days. A number of buyers came to view. My place was sold within a 2 week period. My selling and buying was a long process because a lease was involved. One of the agents, Sharon, constantly chased different people at different stages. At first it got on my nerves, but I was so happy and grateful that Sharon was persistent because it took a lot of stress away from me. If I every had to do this again, I would ask the same office in Belvedere to handle matters for me again. Thank you all for all of your support.

Google*Updated 20/12/2024* I am adding to this review as we have just exchanged on the sale of our flat. We purchased our flat from Robinson Jackson in 2018, and went back to them to sell in 2022. For various reasons the sale in 2022 fell through, but all throughout that time, Robinson Jackson were supportive and were able to guide us through the process with ease. We have now just exchanged on our flat sale, and cannot recommend these guys enough. Their confidence/expertise in selling, and sales progression is so reassuring. Saphire, who was our Sales Progressor, gave us regular updates on how the sale was going and really impressed us with her advice and expertise. We felt comfortable taking her advice at each stage. She really went above and beyond. I have heard people talk a lot about how pushy Estate Agents can be, and can honestly say that we never felt pushed/pressured at any point during this process. Massive shout out to the whole team - thanks so much for everything! 2018: A huge thank you to all of the Robinson & Jackson staff in Sydenham. I couldn't recommend them enough. As first time buyers they made our experience so smooth and were just been brilliant from start to finish. We are so grateful to them and when the time comes round to move we will be going straight back to them! Special thank you to Saphire who was particularly great!
Dear Kate Thank you for taking the time to review our service and amending your previous review to add your feedback about your sale. The team are so happy that you came back to us to sell your home and are overwhelmed with your feedback. You mentioned how you never felt pushed/pressured at any point which is very important to us. We wish you all the best. Rob Wright Owner Partner Robinson-Jackson Sydenham
