GoogleOur purchase was fraught with delays unrelated to Robinson-Jackson. Having the unfortunate task of being the liaison between multiple parties we occasionally projected this frustration onto the staff. I found everyone very calm and they swiftly tackled all our needs. I am sure that without their assistance it would have been a considerably longer and more stressful process. I can’t single anyone out as the whole team were great!

GoogleRobinson-Jackson did a fantastic job with my sale. The negotiators did an excellent job organizing for me to view properties and selling my flat. The Progressor did an amazing job managing the purchase process for my new property and the sale process of my flat, and working through a number of major problems, all of which were down to bad luck. I had a really unreasonable seller who dropped out of the first purchase, the second property I wanted failed the survey and the third (which I purchased) was in a really complicated chain. My personal journey was a complete nightmare with other agents but Robinson-Jackson worked really hard to make sure it went through.

GoogleI was very impressed with all the staff at Robinson & Jackson. My property purchase was quite an awkward one in that the vendors sold the property before getting their affairs in order so the experience was extremely protracted and frustrating. The Robinson & Jackson guys kept me updated every step of the way and did all they could to move the process along and made a very frustrating sale bearable. Thanks guys.

GoogleWe couldn’t praise the staff more at the Sydenham branch, they were professional and helpful from start to finish, making sure our sale went through smoothly and as quickly as possible. They were always there to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend the branch to others trying to sell/buy and we would use them ourselves again without any hesitation. GoogleWe didn't sell our house with Robinson Jackson but came involved with Sharon in Belvedere because our buyer sold his house with them. Despite not directly being her client she was fantastic, helpful, supportive and understanding. Without her dedication in chasing agents and solicitors we would never have made the completion deadline. Unfortunately we sold our house with Ward and Partners in Barnhurst who were useless and in hindsight that proved a bad decision. Sell with Robinson Jackson! All the staff are friendly and Sharon is their star! Viv and Roy Wilson

GoogleRobinson Jackson Belvedere is the best Estate agent I have ever come in contact with. They are passionate about what they do. I sold my property through them, I have never seen a team of dedicated workers in my life. What inspires me most, is the way the team works like a family. Jack manages the team well, George was fantastic, he assured me that my property would be sold, and it was sold in no time, Amanda too did her best. Sharon, the eloquent sales progressor is the strength of the branch. Sharon would never give up on anything, she would even push the other estate agents (if you are in a chain) to work as quickly as possible. I would recommend Robinson Jackson to anyone in and around Belvedere, use them and you will never regret. Olawale

From the very start, Ben, Conor and James made contact weekly to keep me updated on the progress of my sale. They were also very patient whilst I searched for my perfect property. Once the sale and purchase were progressing, Sue was so helpful and efficient. Trish & Ben (mortgage advisor) were also really helpful. GoogleI never leave reviews; however, I felt the need to say what a fabulous experience I had dealing with Andrew and Natalie in fact the whole team whilst selling my property, I am a lady in my late seventies so was fairly worried about going through this process, but everyone made it such an easy experience and always put my mind at rest. I particularly liked the advice they gave me right at the beginning of the process when people were putting in offers, Robinson Jackson told me when they felt I shouldn't jump to the first offer when they thought I could achieve more money, which I liked... Throughout the rest of the sale, they kept me up to date with what was happening and answered all my questions honestly & quickly, there wasn't a time where I felt unsupported. Mrs Marsham

GoogleAvoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.
